Feels like Home Restorations remediated mold on my basement. They were professional, timely, friendly, and efficient. I can be a difficult customer to impress at times but they hit all the nails on the head. I have the utmost confidence in their work and will recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Great. Alyssa is a great project manager. Very thorough, compassionate, supportive and flexible. Flexible with start date while I did a lot of decluttering. Major water damage and mold in kitchen from leaking kitchen sink. Replacing kitchen sink, cabinets, counters, couch, all carpeting and all mattresses. All mold is being cleaned up. Reasonable prices. High quality work. Very good job. I would definitely hire again and definitely recommend this company to anyone dealing water or fire damage.

Im Very happy with Alyssa and her crew. They did an amazing job and I passed my air samples the first time around. They were clean, organized and thorough. The communication i recieved from Alyssa changed my mind set on contractors in general. My levels were over 20,000 spore count! So thankful this is done and over with! I'd highly recommend them to anyone needed any mold remediation.

Alyssa is an outstanding project manager, she has a great team. We met with her using a remediation report as a guide which specifically outlined the steps needed. She promptly drew up a detailed contract, included all the required steps to address problem areas. The work crew was focused and thorough and did a superb job. We would not hesitate to contact her company if we ever need their services in the future.

Alyssa did a great job checking and abating my mold issue. This is the second time I used her. She is extremely informed, very pleasant, and I would definitely use her again. I would have no issue referring her to others. Awesome!

Very pleased. Feels like home took care of mold following basement flooding, and did and excellent job...but the reason I am so impressed with this company was that i called the back two and a half years later because some water had gotten into one of the walls causing perferation white salt lifting. I dont think it was mold but they came out quickly and without recharging us and fixed the job, and they did an amazing job! I would definitely use them. honest folk.

The contract said the cost will be within the insurance adjuster's estimate. They had our Allstate estimate. They provided a rebuild and tear out estimate. They only did the tear out. They never did the rebuild. They over charged us between 9 and 11000 dollars. They promised to come back to assist but then ignored us. They know how to put on a "Dog and Pony" show. I would advise you to check court records on this company. They have a history. You are welcome to contact me.
