+ -1 moreMy experience with Fairlawn Electrical Company was very poor. The technicians who came out were unable to figure out the problem I had but they still charged me. I didn’t think that was fair. I’m now working with someone else on it. This is an old house, so it was a difficult job. My issue was not the amount of money they charged me but the fact that it was charged without fixing the problem I had. They were pretty responsive at first. They were here on time. Their technicians were professional. I would not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Fairlawn Electrical Company about a couple of weeks ago. They were here because one of the circuit breakers kept tripping.

+ -1 moreMr. Brown was prompt and professional. It went very well considering the difficult situations he encountered when diagnosing the problem. He found a solution that was satisfactory to us. We will refer this company to others, and will have him back to do other electrical work we need.
Description of Work: Mr. Brown diagnosed and fixed an electrical problem in a finished room, which is not an easy task, plus he installed an exterior motion sensor light.

+ -1 moreWhen you need electrical work, you want a company that knows what it is doing. Fairlawn owner Jim Brown knows his stuff. I have used him for other projects, including a ceiling fan and flood lights. The work is excellent. It is a good local company.
Description of Work: Fairlawn Electrical Co. installed cables on my gutters. This is to keep the water in the gutters from freezing in winter. They installed a switch on the meter box that I can trigger to heat the cables.
