Everdry Waterproofing of Upstate New York

The salesmen didnt tell us we would need to tear out some of the drywall in order to have those walls done....their words were "everything looks great and you dont need to do anything down here to prepare." We were informed by the work crew we needed to do that in order for those walls to be done and if we had known in advance we could have done so. Now we will have to have them come back out in the future to finish. That's why I gave 4 stars. As for the work itself the work crew was amazing! Very personable and worked efficiently. The foreman was awesome with walking me through multiple times a day to give me vital information and talk about the progress throughout the day. He also answered any and all questions I had and made sure the job was done neatly and well.

Everdry installed a waterproofing system in my basement and removed the mold. They did a great job. Everyone who works for Everdry was very nice and professional.

They were polite and worked so very hard. Our only issue was communication between the workers and us in all the steps and showing us how bad the tiles were cracked and plugged. Also, their cleanup was well, not the best but I guess when all was said and done, our basement is now way drier and has no smell whatsoever! So I guess putting aside all the mess and how they left our yard and garage and once all was done, it seems that the job was done as they said it would be... a dry and odorless basement and, wow is the new sump pump quiet!

this was a big job for Everdry. They had to dig up my basement inside and also dig up outside to waterpoof everything. They were always cheerful and considerate and never complained even when they had to move the bubbler three times

We have had our Everdry Waterproofing System installed for years and have enjoyed being able to use our basement as a spare room. There Service Personnel have been very friendly and helpful when a question has been asked. They take the time to explain so we can understand what is being done when they preform the service to our Everdry Waterproofing System. In my book I give the service personnel a rating of 10 they go above and beyond when the do service calls.

I had Everdry come in a while ago because my basement would get water at the craziest times. I saw them at the Erie County Fair and the lady talked to me about everything they offer and loved how they would come to the house to talk more with out knowing if i would do this. when the guy came over and i showed him what i had we talked about everything and worked out that this was something i needed done. they workers that came where very nice, the mess to very little plugged any holes my wall might have as well. before they left they even helped me put my washer and dryer back. i have been very happy going with Everdry, i have not had one problem and my basement is dry as a bone.. both my son and myself have been feeling so much better health wise as well and this was a huge point for me. if you are looking for a really good company to come in and give you honest answers this is the company. they did not try to sell me more then i needed and knew what i could afford and worked with me.

Anyone with water issues in basement Ever Dry is the company to call. I was very pleased with the job they did. They were all very Professional. Explaining what they would be doing and showing you what they did at the end of each day. Asked if you had any questions. They covered everything before starting job and cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend them highly.

They have stood behind there product since it was installed in 2008.

Our basement has gone from a muddy, musty pit to a place that is dry and can be used for storage. Everdry has addressed issues and done repairs as needed. Good work!

The customer service is great right down to the workers, those guys work hard did a great job were polite and informed us every step they did.

My overall experience was excellent with Everdry. They have a large crew and never stop working for the entire week. The owner, production manager, and Forman went above and beyond to answer any questions and address all of my concerns. They left my home clean after this muddy mess was made and were always pleasant to me and my family.

The crew that came out was very hard working and very courteous. Took great care when working in the basement and covered all our belongings before starting work. Outside work took a day and a half and looked great when finished. After they finished the entire job, they cleaned up and you could not tell they had even been there. Great job and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a dry basement.

Excellent customer service. Very hard workers who did a great job waterproofing my basement. They were hand digging drain pipes on my lawn in March. Basement has been perfectly dry ever since, even with heavy rains.

The crew was great, the foreman explained everything before they did it, they covered everything with plastic so all our belongings would not be covered in dust. They did a great job of cleaning up, and the crew was very respectful, Great job EverDry...

Exceptional work and wonderful positive work crew

We purchased our home a few years ago that already had an Everdry system in place.When an alarm sounded on one of our battery backup units, Everdry was a phone call away and the response time was pretty awesome too. It was nice that they give you an hour window of when they will arrive rather then a morning or afternoon window.We have not had any water issues in the basement for the few years we have been in the home so I would say that Everdry is worth every penny.TP-Greece, NY.

Everdry did a very nice job in our basement with what seemed to us like a major project. The crew was respectful, efficient, prompt, and took the time to answer any questions that I had. They did the exterior portion of the project on some of the coldest days of the winter too. Good work.

I have been with Everdry 7 years now and I highly recommend them. They not only fixed my basement but their process makes everything look nice. I do pay the yearly insurance and have had a few concerns over the years. All I have to do is call and they send someone out and address my concerns. Our contract was signed 06/05/2018 for the interior and exterior "drainage system" with Everdry. From the moment our signature went onto that paper, it was the equivalent of signing our own death warrants. This complaint is filed under Customer Service Issues for the mere fact that there is no option to select for unprofessional, unreliable, and failure to provide services. After our initial signatures were on the contract the company wanted to make several other appointments because they "forgot to have us sign just this one form." And then a week later it would be another meeting for something else or another form they did not fill out properly. I work a twelve-hour rotating schedule so I might not be home potentially for some of the days the work was going to be happening. As a result scheduling, all of these additional meetings took away from my days off of work and my own personal schedule. On one of these occasions, they stated that both my wife and I HAD to be present. This required both of us to take off of work that day. On the day of this meeting, no one showed up at the scheduled time. An hour and a half after our meet time I called the office to inquire as to what was happening. They told me they called me an hour ago and left a message that they canceled the meeting. They had both mine and my wife's phone numbers in their computer system, this also wasn't the first time the company had contacted me for something, clearly, they have both of our numbers correct in their system however they only made one attempt to get in contact with either of us. This caused me to again have to reschedule yet another meeting with them and also caused us to be late to another obligation that I had that day. The project finally began on 10/1/2018 which was a Monday, I had to work that Monday and Tuesday 10/1 and 10/2. We have a walk in basement with garage access, so I left them a default code to get into the basement since I would not be there the first two days of the project. When I got home Monday night to observe the progress from that day I noticed a few things that I was immediately not satisfied with. One is that a pair of my own personal work gloves were covered in concrete dust and dirt as though they had been used. Furthermore, I noticed that a ceramic tile in the middle of my basement floor was cracked from them throwing their jackhammer chisel first right onto the tile. This was showing me signs of a company that employed workers that did not take pride in their work and have rather lazy and unprofessional respect for their customers or "HO's" as in homeowners as they call us. However, this issue was nothing more than something that would require me to discuss it with the foreman. I decided to wait till Wednesday when I was home so I could have this conversation with him face to face which is how I prefer to do business.
