Everdry Waterproofing of Upstate New York

Everdry waterproofing did an ok job for the amount of work they had to do. But there project management was very poor we were told 3-4 days for completion it turned into 9 days with one excuse after another why they could not send a full crew or work a full day. By the time they got done we were glad it was finally over with. So we thought. But since the completion of the job, they came here 3 times to fix various minor issues. Most likely due to management rushing to finish the job. Over all the crew worked very hard. And the whole crew were extremely polite and friendly.

Travaris was a great foreman, had all the guys working and moving along to get the job well done. Every man was a gentleman and very polite. Kept me informed when something was done and had me check it out as they went along, I also asked questions, which were answered to the best of his knowledge.

We had Everdry waterproof our basement about 15 years ago. I was skeptical that the effort would work because our basement was so wet. However, the waterproofing has worked very well over the years since the work was done. We have maintained a relationship with a small annual fee so that we could call on them when needed - and we have not been disappointed. When we have had questions or concerns they have responded quickly. This company has great customer service. I recommend them.

They kept us in the loop once work was started and came back out when we had an issue! Everything is dry now, so we can finally utilize the basement!! Thanks guys!

I would highly recommend EVERDRY WATERPROOFING OF NEW YORK if you are looking for a company to take care of a water issue in your home. They will take care of both sides of your foundation wall, no big machines to pay for, all the work is done by manual labor and they will guarantee their work as long as you pay a very small maintenance fee every year. They did my home and my church many years ago, we're still dry.

The service men were polite, very explicit in explaining the work to be done, asked where I wanted them to come in and out of, and done efficiently in a timely manner. They went over all that the EZ Breathe would do and how the back up sump pump worked and the battery and how it worked as well. I was very impressed with their knowledge, and workman ship. They had to cut into a glass block window to put the vent through, and it was done expertly and looked beautiful when done without any damage to the window. I am very impressed with all the work the men did. I will certainly recommend Ever Dry to anyone looking for a waterproofing system. In 2000 *I had their water drainage system and sump pump put in and have been very pleased with that set up. I have been pleased with the addition to their system with an EZ Breathe ventilation system. A great company with wonderfully trained personnel.

I've been a customer for over 20 yrs.and Everdry had to replace the sump pump. They were very prompt and professional.

When I bought my home I knew there was a problem with occasional water in the basement. I tried solving with problem by improving grading and gutters which did not work. I had Everdry install their system and after a few additional modifications completely solved my water problem. I live in a wet area and have called for follow up service a few times and Everdry has always quickly resolved the problem. Iâ ve been an Everdry customer for over 20 years and would recommend their service.

Everdry updated an old existing system and Installed an EZ Breathe filter. Professional job! Great workers and customer service. Very happy with this company.

They are available when the sump pump fails. They replaced it and put in a check valve for us.

EVERDRY DID A GREAT JOB AND ELIMINATING THE MUSTY ODOR AND WATERPROOFED THE BASEMENT. I CAN NOW STORE ITEMS IN BASEMENT AND THEY WILL NOT MOLD OR GET WET. THE EMPLOYEES WERE GREAT AND TOOK GREAT CARE TO PUT DOWN FLOOR PROTECTION AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

Everdry installed a drainage system in our basement along with a backup water powered sump pump. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional and their response time to service calls is very fast. Our main pump stopped working while we were in the hospital for 3 nights. The back up pump SAVED us. If not for that our basement would have been filled with water. We called their service department and within 90 minutes they had someone at our door with a brand new pump to replace the faulty one. Unbelievable service and I could not be happier we chose them for the work!

The work was thorough and we have been without water in our basement for several years. The backup system is reliable. The annual fee is small compared to the service received. Each time we have called they have been responsive and helpful.

The salesmen didnt tell us we would need to tear out some of the drywall in order to have those walls done....their words were "everything looks great and you dont need to do anything down here to prepare." We were informed by the work crew we needed to do that in order for those walls to be done and if we had known in advance we could have done so. Now we will have to have them come back out in the future to finish. That's why I gave 4 stars. As for the work itself the work crew was amazing! Very personable and worked efficiently. The foreman was awesome with walking me through multiple times a day to give me vital information and talk about the progress throughout the day. He also answered any and all questions I had and made sure the job was done neatly and well.

Everdry installed a waterproofing system in my basement and removed the mold. They did a great job. Everyone who works for Everdry was very nice and professional.

They were polite and worked so very hard. Our only issue was communication between the workers and us in all the steps and showing us how bad the tiles were cracked and plugged. Also, their cleanup was well, not the best but I guess when all was said and done, our basement is now way drier and has no smell whatsoever! So I guess putting aside all the mess and how they left our yard and garage and once all was done, it seems that the job was done as they said it would be... a dry and odorless basement and, wow is the new sump pump quiet!

this was a big job for Everdry. They had to dig up my basement inside and also dig up outside to waterpoof everything. They were always cheerful and considerate and never complained even when they had to move the bubbler three times

We have had our Everdry Waterproofing System installed for years and have enjoyed being able to use our basement as a spare room. There Service Personnel have been very friendly and helpful when a question has been asked. They take the time to explain so we can understand what is being done when they preform the service to our Everdry Waterproofing System. In my book I give the service personnel a rating of 10 they go above and beyond when the do service calls.
