I had this originally done at my house and true to the yearly warranty program, came and fixed it without an issue. Also, Miguel was very polite and professional.

Josh the technician that did our air purifier was experienced and explained everything we needed to know. He arrived timely and did everything he need to complete the job.

Tavaris was an excellent worker and he met my expectations to the full extent. If I were to recommend him, Iâ d give him an A+.

Josh did an awesome job installing the EZBreathe system in my basement. So happy to not have to use dehumidifiers and worry about emptying the water everyday! Noticed a difference in air quality right away!

We had major work done by EVERDRY many years ago. They fixed our problem and come back whenever called to change out our sump pumps. They wwere here this week as promised and ADAM rrpnaced the pump quickly and professionally.

I had Everdry Waterproofing do my basement close to 20 years ago. Over the years I've had a couple of issues and they took care of them promptly. Most recently I had an issue with standing water on my lawn from the water being pump out by my sump pump. The workers called ahead, arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and why it had to be done. They also showed respect for my household by wearing protective foot gear when they had to enter to reach the sump pump.

I had a problem with my sump pump and I new a big storm was coming. The sump pump would run but it would not turn off. I called Everdry for service and the tech came out within an hour and replaced the offending part quickly. He then took me down to show me how it was working and explained the pump. We have 1 pump on the east side and 1 pump on the west side and they run most of the year, sometimes all year. I am so happy with the work Everdry did. It has been 7 months, and my basement is so dry, and we have had some significant rain. My basement no longer is musty or moldy. The crew that did the work was very professional, and made sure everything was cleaned up, and I was happy. After the work was completed I had a couple of follow up calls from the company to make sure I was happy with the work. This work was the best investment I made in my house. Thanks Everdry. I had to call Everdry when my sump pump stopped working. The battery backup kept my basement dry until Josh was able to come out and replace the main pump. He was very efficient and finished quickly. They are very responsive if I ever have an issue.

Plastic Vent Cover had deteriorated from the sun over many years. Josh came when scheduled and put a new one on quickly. New Vent looks great and installed securely.

Our sump system and drainage around our house was completely shot. This caused mold to grow on the drywall in my finished basement. While the service is not cheap it was professionally done on time as scheduled.Any questions or concerns I had were taken care of quickly without question. I would highly recommend this company if you have water issues.

My outdoor pipe where water discharges from the sump pump had been hit by the lawn mowing contractor and needed to be repaired. Josh came out and fixed it in the rain and insured that it was below ground level so the lawn service will not hit it again. I appreciate the job he did to fix it and have always found Everdry to be very responsive to any issues I might encounter. I would recommend them to anyone needing any of the services they provide.

We were very pleased with Everdry...exceptional customer service and professionalism. They kept us informed at every point along the process and made sure we understood what they were doing. When they were finished they did a good job of cleaning up. A few weeks later we noticed some minor leakage and Miguel and his crew were sent to repair it. He was efficient and able to address the issue to our satisfaction.

I am very pleased with Everdry Waterproofing. They were very punctual. Miguel called me 15 mins before his arrival to tell me he was on his way. He said the job would take 2 hrs and he was right. 2 hrs later he was showing me photos that he had taken of his work. In this day and time, itâ s hard to find good customer service, but Gerry and the crew go above and beyond ! We cannot be more impressed.
