Everdry Waterproofing of Upstate New York

I called for an annual inspection and to have my sump pump inspected. Josh came out to do the inspection and discovered that the pump was not working. He replaced the pump. I asked him to check to see if the spot on my wall was due to water damage. He said yes and scheduled a date and time for the men to repair the damage. Jeff, Will and Adam came out April 25,2022 to repair the system. They did a wonderful job. All four gentlemen were hard working, respectful, took great care not to damage any of my personal property. When the work was completed they cleaned up everything and took it away. It is wonderful to work with a company that TRULY stands behind their warranty promise. The entire job including the replacement of the sumppump cost me nothing. I would recommend this company to everybody.

I purchased a home three years ago that had the Everdry system previously installed. While I cannot speak of installation and preliminary work, they sure have made me a happy customer. As a first time home buyer, the additional repair expenses and my overall lack of knowledge on a lot of things has grown to be quite stressful- but not with Everdry. I pay a very low annual fee that has more than paid for itself these past three years. I have called a handful of times and had Josh come out and take the time to explain some things to me and do what the average homeowner could probably do on their own. Most recently, Jeffrey & crew came out to replace piping that had filled with tree roots, a new sump pump crock and whatever else was entailed in the project. The crew was literally working ALL DAY, I am not sure that anyone even took a break. All were very professional & polite and did an excellent job. It is comforting knowing that Everdry is only a phone call away and I am not looking at an unexpected bill when I need them. The previous owners of our house installed EverDry when they renovated the property circa 2012. They strongly recommended we pick up the EverDry policy, and we are so very glad we did. Shortly after we bought in 2018, an EverDry technician came and explained all aspects of the system. He added that if there were ever a problem, all I needed to do was call. And he was so right: their customer service is first-rate. When a small section of the foundation system needed repair, Jeffrey and Will came out. They fixed it, but just as importantly, they went out of their way to explain every step of their work, answering fully all of our questions. I should tell you that when they left, our basement was even cleaner than when they arrived. Take a bow, Jeffrey and Will.

After noticing the pump the sump pump was making weird noises I called and the repair team came and repaired the problem quickly. I am very happy with Everdry's service.

I actually hired Everdry a few years ago to waterproof my basement and install a sump pump. They did a great job. I called them last fall because my backyard was becoming a marsh due to the output from the sump pump. They sent someone out a few days after I called to investigate the problem. He said they would extend the discharge pipe further away from the house. They sent a team out in early January but they couldn't complete the job because the yard was too wet. They rescheduled for March 28th. They called to confirm the appointment and Jeffrey showed up exactly on time. I had to leave for work, but Jeffrey assured me they could do the job without access to the house. He called me when they were almost done and sent 2 photos of the finished job. They did a great job and left the area clear, level and filled in. Jeffrey did a great job and it didn't cost me anything to have the work done! Everdry stands behind their work and this was completely covered. In addition, Emily called the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I highly recommend this company. It's wonderful to deal with reliable professionals who stand behind their work.

Communication frustrations but excellent work. The initial inspection was timely and thorough and the salesman took his time explaining the process to us. He did not, however, mention the use of the a third party plumbing company (something I realize is county-specific). Communication leading up to the work was poor; I was surprised when plumbers showed up at my house. I had to call Everdry to confirm when they would be coming and why a third party was involved. I rarely was able to get an answer and had to wait for a callback. Once Tavaris and his team arrived, however, they were very professional, punctual, and efficient. Tavaris made a point to explain everything to me step by step and managed his team appropriately. The outside team took care to only have my shrubs out of the ground for 45 minutes - time will tell if they make it through! This is very messy work and both teams were able to keep the mess to a minimum.

I had a new sump pump auxiliary battery installed this month...Josh arrived on time & was very efficient...he was gone in about 15 minutes... very satisfied...

Had an issue with one of my three sump pumps. The appointment was made with a two hour arrival window. I received a call from Josh that they were 45 minutes away. He and Chandler arrived on time , quickly diagnosed the problem and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. Josh explained everything and he and Chandler ran the pump several time so show me it was operating properly.

Giving Josh 5 stars. He was very professional, courteous and polite, arrived on time, cleaned up after himself, and provided explanation on the issue. He was able to identify and clear up what was causing the issue and replaced the floating device very quickly and efficiently. He informed me of important details so I know what is going on. No payment out of pocket for the work they have done as we were paying the yearly warranty. Definitely worth it.
