Other than the dust from the jackhammering everything looks good. There is an issue with the Outlets used for the equipment, we no longer have use of them. Nothing was mentioned about it to us by them. We found out when my wife went down to do laundry and couldn't.

They are the experts when you have water coming into the basement. If you have a problem, they come and inspect, and know how to fix it. When fixed, they clean up and everything looks like it did before.

We called EverDry waterproofing instantly yesterday due to having issues with our sump pump not working correctly. Within a few hours in the same day Adam came out within the time frame he said hed be there and figured out the problem immediately and fixed it right away! Thanks EverDry for the great customer service and tending to us as quickly as possible!

Very responsive. Crew was very friendly and respectful of our home and our property. They covered everything to protect it. They cleaned up everything when they were done with the project. Everything was explained to us in detail, including short videos at the beginning and end of our project. We are hopeful that we will have no further problems, and that if we do, they will be just as responsive. I highly recommend EveryDry.

Overall quality provider. Great customer service experience. Took a bit longer to get them out than I expected, but like everything these days, supply delays!!! But just took communion and once Josh got to the house he made up for the delays. Great guy and Iâ m happy

I highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing in Rochester, NY. The technician was ontime, he found the problem fast and was very knowledgeable. He showed me what was happening.

Everdry came out because our sump pump stopped working, but the backup they had previously installed had taken over. They replaced the pump and reset the battery on the backup. They were quick and professional, and even made friends with our dogs.

We recently added a battery backup system to the basement waterproofing that was done years ago. I'm very happy to now be covered for any unexpected power outages that may occur. The 24/7 system allows me to monitor the system thru their app even when we are away from home.

Knowledgeable and excellent customer service

So they actually arrived early and were available ahead of schedule. They always came with a happy attitude and it was obvious that they made their work fun while still getting the job done. My foreman was knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. He showed me what steps they were at and when they were finishing for the day. Installing a sump pump into your house is certainly a daunting project, so being as informed as I was as the process was happening calmed my nerves a lot and help me feel more comfortable with the situation. It certainly was a messy process and even though I covered some of my furniture, they put their own cover on top of it to make sure it was clean. Even though nearly every surface was covered, the dirt still managed to make it through, so keep that in mind you’re going to do a lot of cleaning after the process but not as much as you would find with other companies. So they constantly asked me if I had any concerns to make sure that I was content with everything, which worked out really well when I noticed one issue. We had discussed the issue and they should be coming back out to remedy the situation! I would say a few things that are a little bit on the con side are: I didn’t know that there was going to be a “plastic sheet border“ surrounding the entire perimeter of my basement. It’s not an issue, it’s actually quite clean looking, I just didn’t know it was going there. I would advise you to ask them for more definite locations of where your sump pump will be placed. Mines not in my ideal location but for the most part that’s outside their control. And finally get confirmation from them about what they can and cannot move (i.e. sinks, washing machines). They said they would be able to keep my sink and do the job but I didn’t know that meant just going around my sink rather than moving the sink itself. Granted, my sink is a 250 pound concrete sink but having these answers before work begins is always good knowledge to have.

Great customer service from my first call to the final work. Office agent provided information about next step, what communication to expect and time frames. The service person was polite and answered my questions.

The service person that came to our home was fantastic. He worked with our work schedule. Fixed the problem. We have never had any problems. We have had Everdry for 30 plus years. Very glad we did.

We purchased a home with systems installed by Everdry and continued the warranty. We recently had a pump running non stop and they helped us trouble shoot over the phone to make sure the backup was still working and then sent out a tech with a few days. He was polite, on time and got the work done quickly. He reviewed it with me and all repairs were covered under our warranty.

Weâ ve had the benefit of an Everdry basement for around 15 years. The sump pump float switch stopped working, and I called Everdry. They had Josh scheduled to come out the next afternoon. He arrived on time, and very quickly and efficiently assessed the issue, and replaced the whole pump and check valve too! He spent time to answer all my questions.
