They advertise on TV and I think they are out of Chicago. It was such a poor installation. I had so much trouble getting the guy to come back to fix it. The head guy came from Rochester and said there was nothing wrong. I said it was all lumpy. It looked terrible. I finally got it fixed. They came and fixed it, but there are still places where it really needs to be fixed. I just wasn't happy. I am not a happy customer. They did not stretch it so it was all lumpy when you looked at it. Out of the three rooms and the landing and the stairs the only thing they did right was the one bedroom. There was no problem with the one bedroom, but the rest of it was c*ap. The quality of the carpet I liked, but I still see some lumpiness in the stairs. I should call them back and have them fix some places. Going into the bathroom upstairs it is bad. The third bedroom is a big area. When he was in there he said he did not have enough padding and he was going to have to come back. I have a feeling they would not give him any more padding and he had to piece it. I don't think it worked out real well. In places they did do a good job, I am not saying they didn't, but for me to have to go through that rigamarole I would never recommend them or use them again. I had a hard time with them. They did not get the job done in the specified time frame. They were nice and courteous; they were okay. They weren't bad; they weren't nasty or anything.

It was okay. I'm not going to grade them high; I'm not going to grade them low. The quality is good, the carpet is good. First of all, the guy was very good. A lot of carpets were installed. They got to the left bedroom and so they put me off for 4 days and of course that's the bedroom we were sleeping in. So we ended up sleeping on the other bedroom which was very inconvenient. I finally had to call them to get them out, to actually come and finish the job. So they did. And when they did, they did such a sloppy job. It took me forever until this last Friday to get the carpet stretch properly. They finally did it but he didn't do a thorough stretching. It was all like lumpy so I was very unhappy about that. It was very inconvenient for me and I was aggravated about that. But now that it's done, it's perfect. I would never hire them again.
