Description of Work: The man who performed the work was very nice. I didn't appreciate that someone else started calling us trying to get payments within a day of us getting the bill.

 + 0 moreThe man who took our call on the day before the service was extremely thorough in explaining the types of glass we would be ableto choose from to replace the pane in our door. He gave a reasonable estimate which was adhered to. The tech showed up early thenext day but didn't call first as promised. That's ok. He was personable and professional. Had to return to the shop to cut our glassand returned promptly to set it. He cleaned up the work area well. It was a pleasure to work with Emergency Enclosures.
