The E flooring sales men was very friendly and professional. However the work was sublet out, and the installers were not that great. They left a huge mess, they took chunks out of my wall and offered to fix it with calk. They also scratched up my kitchen cabinets. They did not offer to pick up any of the mess from the scrapes or anything. They were at my house from 9am till 8pm, so i couldnt clean anything up that day and i have 2 small children that i had to find something to do all day. After the work was all done we never heard from E flooring to check and see if we were satisfied with the job. Overall the floors look great but pretty disappointed that there was no follow up. update 06/01/12 - After reading the response from the owner, i feel i may have come across that I was not happy with the work. I am extremly happy with how the floors turned out. I was just frustrated and disappointed the the owner who had come out and done the meaurements and estimate would not call and follow up. He told me that he would call and follow up with me, and sense his response below (were he stated he would make it a priority to follow up with the customer) i still have not heard from him. I did not ask for work to be done for FREE, he offered and i said that he did not have to do that, i said i did not mind the squeeky floors. I appreciate that he did that for me, but that doesnt mean that i should just forget about the items that were damaged. I also dont feel that is relevent to the issue at hand. I guess i didn't realize it was my responsibility to contact the owner to go over the job, i guess i am used to the owners or companies reaching out and asking how the job went. Again i want to state that i am extremly happy with how the floors turned out!!

First I would like to say great customer service is our main priority. I as the owner personally measures every job and I'm responsible for every installation that is done by eFlooring. I will make a priority to follow up with the customer to resolve these issues. Re: the issues, I would have to say I'm extremely shocked to here that there were issues like the ones described. And Although we strive for perfection we are human and mistakes happen, But its how you resolve them that separates good companies from bad. That being said I know with 100% certainty that I asked the customer the day of the install to call me after the job was complete to let me know how the job went to make sure of her satisfaction. This was the day of the install because I dropped off all materials personally that day. I also had my installers do repair work to the customers floor that I did not charge for, Because I thought as the owner their floor would perform much better, even though they didn't want to pay for the additional work to be done. I can assure that had I been called or emailed regarding any of these issues they would have been dealt with immediately, just as I explain to everyone of my customers. All it would have taken was a phone call or email and issues would have been taken care of. As with 90% Flooring stores in this area my installers are subcontractors but they work for eFlooring not the customer, So any install that eFlooring completes eFlooring guarantees just like it states on the the receipt I give every customer. This install was not sublet out and am not sure where that idea came from, eFlooring is responsible for every install we do. As the customer stated the Flooring and Carpet we installed she is happy with but the customer she was not happy with, This could very easily been resolved if she emailed or phoned me I'm a very responsible business owner and take great pride in eFlooring.
