We can't say enough about Ed and his team. They were very professional and did a wonderful job installing our floor. Ed is a wealth of knowledge for all things wood and guided us through picking the perfect floor for our project. He provided us with tips for cleaning and keeping the floor looking great for years to come. We look forward to many years enjoying our new floor and will use Ed for other flooring projects we have coming up.

Edward, his son Ed, and Dave did a beautiful job sanding, staining and refinishing the hardwood floors in my kitchen, dining area, family room, entryway, and two hallways. They were very prompt, professional, extremely neat, knowledgeable, in addition to being very reasonable. After several estimates, I am so very glad we chose to go with Ed. Our floors look stunning!

I had Ed and his son do my entire downstairs in hardwood and ceramic tile. Ed was very accommodating as we had to move the install until after the holidays and they wouldn't put the floor down until the humidity was just right. The floors came out beautiful and Ed is passionate about doing a good job and is one of the best contractors I have ever had in my house. I highly recommend Ed.

Edward and his crew did a fantastic job refinishing the hardwood floors in three of our rooms. They also installed new shoe molding throughout the rooms they refinished and new molding around the hearth of our fireplace. We could not be happier on the outcome of the work or our experiences with Edward. All this work was done while we were on vacation so we were not inconvenienced at all while the work was being done. When we got back the job was done, everything was clean and we were amazed at how good the floors looked. Highly recommend Edward Deil for your flooring project.

Very professional and reasonably priced.

Ed and crew are the best! Each step of the way we were told what to expect. The floors came out so beautiful that it looked like we had new floors installed. I particularly liked Ed's Maintenance Instructions so that we can keep our floors looking like the day they refinished them. If you need floors done, there is no better guy to tackle them. He, his son Ed and Dave are the best.

Wow! They refinished a wood floor in one room and repaired an area in the living room. The area in the living room is a perfect match to the rest of the floor. I cannot tell where the deep scratch was in the floor. The room that was redone looks fantastic. The wood grain comes through beautifully. The smell was minimal, and their clean up was great. They are reasonably priced and efficient. Great job!

Great job with minimum household disturbance. No cost overruns. Kept dust and chemical contamination of the air to almost zero.

Ed is very professional efficient, customer-oriented and on time (a lost commodity many times dealing with construction). He even fit our project in before the agreed upon time frame. We had a vinyl floor installed in our kitchen. He brought samples by when my wife and I could both make the selection. The trim work looks really good. He really did a good job of clean up after the job was done. I was extremely pleased with my experience with this company. I recommend Ed highly and would call him first on any floor project in the future.

Edward took a severly damaged floor from pet stains and replaced the damaged parts and feathered them into the original floor (75+ yrs old) and it came out beautifully. Edward was also prompt, stayed in touch and cleaned up nicely. I would highly recommend him for any hardwoord flooring project.

We had several curveballs thrown at us from an installation and logistics stand point. Ed bent over backwards to accomdate and resolve our issues. Any other contractor could have been a real pain and likely insisted on additional fees and rigid schedules. Ed is an excellent flooring installer and businessman.

Even though we had a very small job- a powder room, Ed came out promptly and did a very thorough job.

Ed and Chip refinished my floors and restored them to absolutely beautiful condition. Other professionals told me that my floors were not salvageable and wanted to charge me 3x what Ed did to "float" a new floor. Ed was upfront and honest letting me know the floors would not be perfect and would have character - but that is the beauty of them! I would recommend having the work done when windows could be open for extended periods of time...the odor is VERY strong and lasts for a good week. But the results are worth it!!! Thank you Ed and Chip!!!

I was impressed by Ed's knowledge and work ethic. He is very reliable and committed to doing a good job. I would have given 5 stars overall but the product used for the finish I found to be extremely noxious and had difficulty being in the house even with windows open. I was able to have only one coat applied because of the smell. Ed was accommodating and discounted the service. He is honest and not out to hustle business carelessly. I just wish I had chosen an alternative finishing product that would have been more costly.

Ed is extremely accommodating and professional. His work is high quality. You can immediately tell that he enjoys his work and it shows in his finished product. I've hired him for two separate jobs now and wouldn't consider anyone else at this point.
