Excellent. Dave did a fantastic job of keeping me informed as he worked through each repair. He explained everything in layman's terms and in a professional manner. He also checked to ensure everything was working properly after each phase of the project. In total, he was on site for about four and a half hours. After he finished the repairs, he cleaned up the work area which we appreciated. I know enough about plumbing to know when to call a plumber so it's great to have someone like Dave available to help when problems occur. I've had Dave perform plumbing repairs in our home during the last five years and each time I've been very pleased with his service and pricing. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I recommend giving Dave a call for help.

The installation went very smoothly. Dave and Mark arrived on time, got to work, and finished quickly. They also examined a bathtub which was leaking, determined tile repairs are required (outside their work scope) and provided suggestions on how to efficiently remove an old claw foot tub. I've had them perform other plumbing projects and have always had excellent service and no problems afterward. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking an experienced and affordable plumber!
