Description of Work: The were contracted to repair and paint our concrete swimming pool. The day they were supposed to start they never showed up and I had to call them and find out why. There excuse was the paint wasn't in. I didn't argue although they could have been prepping the pool while waiting for the paint. A week went by and still no work. On two more occasions they had to be called due to not showing up. The first time the pool was painted the paint bubbled and peeled. They were also a bunch of spots that needed patching before paint that never got done. So they came and patched before they repainted the pool. They then repainted it as they should have and this time it came out worse. There are millions of holes in the paint and it is peeling off in large chunks after one week. When we did a walk through with them they blamed it on old concrete, then the weather, then the paint and so on. We were told once the water was in it you would never see it. They finally threatened to sue and I told them to go right ahead as we have already started a law suit against them. We now have a unusable pool that has to be sandblasted and re-plastered at a cost of $8400.00 due to there lack of prep work. I mean who paints a pool the same day the wash it. As a business owner with a A+ BBB rating myself I know what it takes to run a reputable business. Daves pool is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and hope no one ever has to experience what I have gone through.
