+ -1 moreVery willing to do small jobs until we really need a new roof. Has replaced rotted builder trim with new wood covered with vinyl, caulked around vents, replaced damaged trip. All jobs done promptly and at a very reasonable cost.
Description of Work: Dave has done trim and roofing repairs for us on a number of occasions.

Description of Work: Mr. Sessions did a complete roof tear off and installation of new 30 year architectural shingles. He also checked all flashing, installed new metal edges, deck armor, ridge vents, and replaced a section of badly weathered siding. He thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day, hauled away the debris, and stored his tools and materials in a neat unobtrusive manner, so well we were able to entertain on our patio for Memorial Day!

I've had the team do two roofing jobs for me in as many years, and they've provided outstanding service both times. Prompt and reliable, they provide superior quality at reasonable prices. When I had a small concern with drainage flashing, they were prompt to respond and fix the issue. Not only do I consistently recommend them to family and friends, I'll be using them again for roof replacement on a third building on my property.

+ -1 moreThe workers from W Sessions Roofing were responsible and they cleaned up after themselves. I was having a problem with clogging after they left and I called them back. They came right back out and fixed the problem.
Description of Work: W Sessions Roofing completely tore off the old roof and then resigned the entire roof.
