Tony and his team are prompt, respectful of your property (keep it clean!), and always do a good job. He is also very good at helping to problem-solve ways to keep costs down while accomplishing the overall goal. I have used them for numerous different jobs at my own property and at a rental property that I manage. Highly recommend.

Not good. My GC was at the site where the work was being done and the workers were using the old, wet insulation after they removed it! If he hadn’t been there to see it himself we would not have known. There were several other issues. The soffits and drip edges weren’t installed correctly. VERY POOR work and high prices. I didn’t notice the soffit and drip edge until AFTER I paid so I texted Tony. He told me he was done with the job and the season and to fix it ourselves. I can’t believe an owner would not fix this issue and leave a roof like this. We had given him work in the past so we trusted him. The roof leaks and there were squirrels in the house after his roof job because of the gaps and openings not done right. Horrible service.

Tony and his team were very quick and professional. It turned out beautifully. We had used them before for a bathroom remodel, so we knew the quality of the work. I definitely recommend them, but their prices do tend to run a bit high for labor.

It went smooth. We are very happy with our floors. They were punctual and Toni was flexible when working with our schedules.

Tony's team did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel. They made it look easy. Our kitchen was totally gutted and remodeled within 3 weeks. His team was professional, clean, and did a quality job from beginning to end. My Wife and I can't wait to have Tony do more improvements to our home.

AWESOME! I really enjoyed working with Tony and his team. There was always communication throughout the process, and he dealt with my daily questions about the remodel. Jim at the remodeling showroom was also wonderful to work with! I definitely would work with this crew again.. maybe when I have some money saved up for my bathroom to be remodeled!

Tony & his crew are fantastic. They are real craftsmen; living up to their name. Tony has a great personality & is a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive & does a good job of managing the job to finish in a timely manner. We are already planning to have Craftsmen Construction & Design come back to do more work for us!

It has been 4 months since they came to our home to take measurements. We were told we would have drawings and a bid within a couple of weeks. I have called and left messages and still no response. I normally do not leave bad reviews because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to improve. In this case I only do so because they have ignored my phone calls. I am still willing to see what they can do but they seem to have taken the money and run.

he was going to replace everything in my kitchen. He did not ask appropriate questions about the needs I had for the kitchen. He offered no solutions for the problems with the kitchen. I offered them. He asked what the price range was for the remodel. I told him I wanted to see what he was going to do and what each step cost. He put up an arbitrary price of $35,000 and made the estimate fit that. my friend got her kitchen done for $24,000 and her's was a more extensive remodel.

Great. The quality of the work is excellent. Tony's crew worked long days to get the job done as quickly as possible and stayed into the evening (after checking with us to see if that was ok). The price below included all of the work and the general construction material (dry wall, etc.) but not the materials like hardwood flooring, tile, vanity, toilet, fixtures, etc. The price for the job was very competitive with the three other quotes that I received. I have since hired Tony / Craftsmen Construction and Design to remodel my bathroom/mudroom.

Tony was extremely professional and punctual. He met all deadlines and did quality work. We used him on our first house and really appreciated meeting our deadline and his professional demeanor so we hired him for another home we needed work done on as well. We plan to use him again when we have another home to do. Thanks Tony we really appreciate all you did for us on such short notice!
