They did a great job. They were attentive, met my needs and did it in a timely manner.

They came in and decided that there was nothing they could do. The problem we had did not require their services. There was no charge. They were very pleasant. They came out in a timely manner. They did not try to sell us anything that we did not need. They did everything we asked them to. They came out right away and they came when they said they would.

As far as it has gone, it's been excellent. There was no charge. As far as the presentation, it was very professional. Something that I really personally liked was the fact that there is no pressure. They mainly gave out information and left it up to us to contact them.

Quite frankly he uses scare techniques to make his sales. He convinced the buyer that the roof was unsafe and needed to be replaced and I had three independent roofing contractors turn out and all three of them said he was full of crap that the roof is fine. All he is trying to do is sell this whole house. I have talked to a couple of realtors and they said that's his modus operandi. He tries to scare people into really buying things that they really don't need and aren't going to make a difference. He did the same thing at my house. It may have been a free estimate and he was trying to sell me a job. He is a liar. He did have some information but overall he is a fraud. He was there when I called. He was there on time. While he was doing this walk through with my parents house with his buyer when he came down he came down out of the attic. He did not see the mold that was in the attic. He was more concerned about telling them the roof had to be torn off and they had to have this fan installed. When he came down and told her this I told him I beg to differ I had a 285 pound roofer walking around on that roof yesterday and he didn't fall through and he said well he is awfully lucky. I said no I just think your not a roofing expert your the mold expert and he looked at me in front of this buyer and the buyers realtor and said well its good it does not matter because your not paying me, she is.

I was satisfied with the advice and the testing.

The guy was pretty good. I will have them do the work if I could. They were very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He had seen this situation before and knows what to do about it.

They were fine. They came out and did exactly what they said they were going to do and got back with us in a timely fashion. If I needed to, I would use them again.

Very professional,friendly, on time. Corrected problem. Cleaned up mold, disinfected,scraped and HEPA vacuum block walls. Applied mold proof coating (2 coats) Drilled drainage holes on block. Very satisfied with work. Left the basement cleaner than when they arrived.

They then gave me a quote that was a little pricey at about $5500. He was sort of semi-rude and in a big hurry. I kind of wondered why he came out if he didn’t have time. I chose not to use their services.

They were very nice, they did a good job. We have no complaints. It went well.

It was pretty good. There are not many contractors who do that so I chose this one because they are closest to my house. They also had good reviews. It went real well.

The team showed up on time for the job. They set up a negative air system and we had no dust or fumes in the house and they were incredibly professional. The job was quoted at 3 days and was complete in 2.5. They were a little pricier than some other companies but they were professional and I felt good about the work being done and done with quality.

The team arrived right on schedule and worked steadily through the day and returned the next day to finish as was planned. They hauled away all debris, as there was moldy wood from the old pantry that needed to be removed. They mopped every surface down and left it clean and fresh. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend them.

They connected concerns with the basement and the bedroom to the bathroom mold issues. They offered a full price of work in all those rooms. They estimate he said was half what he ended up sending us, though he did say it was best guess when he was with us.

Work is scheduled to begin 6/23 - to be determined!

It could not have gone better. They are professional and qualified from start to finish...from receptionist, to owner/assessor, to mold remediation crew. Every option was addressed, every move was explained and the job was done to our complete satisfaction. We had mold in the rafters of our home and it was treated, coated (with a 5 year guarantee of no recurrence) and baffles were installed to allow proper airflow and deter the growth of future mold. Not only was the crew efficient, they were polite, informative and left the house and garage spotless. The owner followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Big "YES" there! The crew that was sent out to process the basement, showed up on time all three days it took. They worked at a steady pace, cleaning up as they went. They treated the walls after removing old paneling , and painted a mold resistant product on all walls. They drilled holes in the bottom cinder blocks for water drainage and placed a barrier around the bottom of the walls so that any water that did come through would go directly into the drain around the floor and into the sunk pump. While doing the work they sealed off the basement so that no spores would escape and set up a air system that took the air directly to the outside. My husband has COPD and the chemicals they used did not present any problem.They also installed a dehumidifier .The entire company was a joy to work with and the employees were excellent.

I would recommend CMM to anyone who needed these services provided. The entire crew was very professional and friendly. It took 3 days to complete the work as they had originally planned. After I came home from work the first day, I would have never known anyone was in my house working. They cleaned up so thoroughly which was great because I have a 2 year old who sleeps in the room next to where the work was being done. I felt completely comfortable that things were sealed up as they should be and were not dirty at all. I even got a recommendation to get my gutters cleaned as they were up there and saw they were pretty clogged while installing the vents in the attic. I appreciated it very much as we are not 'handy' people! Obviously, the high cost is not fun, but I did not even bother getting a second opinion as CMM came so highly recommended and I thought Paul was very efficient when he came to do our estimate. Well worth the money to have it done correctly!

The workers did a wonderful job and were very professional and courteous. They were very careful to contain all the dust created by removal of the floor tiles. The original toilet was not fitted properly to the floor and they corrected that issue. They spent several days on this difficult project and stayed to the task the whole time. We were very impressed with their work ethic. We are very pleased with the job they did and the floor looks great. We have used this company for several projects in the house and have never been disappointed.

The employees of Comprehensive Mold Managment reported to work at our home each day on time and ready to go to work. They were good communicators and answered any questions we had. We had been told that it would take about 2 1/2 days for our project and it was right on the mark. The staff was very professional and very hard working. When they completed the project my husband had a walk through and the basement was spotless and we were extremely pleased. The basement is now an area that we want to be in and doubled the useable space in our home. It was a free consultation. Paul is the owner and he came out to do an evaluation to let us know whether or not we have any mold issues in our basement. He was very thorough and working hard on our basement and checking all the surfaces and making sure that there was no mold. He was also very honest, because I had another gentleman who told me that our yard has mold everywhere and that we have to care of it and it is going to cost $5000. And Paul told me that there is not a mold issue here at all. So he was very honest and very thorough. Another company came and also told me the same thing, that I have no mold issue.
