+ -1 moreThe owner of the company, Greg, scheduled an appointment to quote repairing and sealing my driveway. Greg failed to show up to the appointment and did not respond to my voicemail afterward. I later found out that they have a Better Business Bureau rating of D- for failure to respond to 2 complaints filed against the business.

Description of Work: I will post the surveillance video on YouTube with a link. I blew off my driveway the night before to be courteous, this being the first time my driveway was sealed. They came on time and sealed the driveway quickly, not cleaning it at all, and not prepping any oil spots that were present. Within 2 hours, the oil spots all came thru. The workers also used the orange cardboard cone to keep people off the driveway as their personal garbage and threw their empty drink bottles into (high class) I called the next day and the owner initially was accommodating and had them out the next day to "properly" seal the oil spots. They were there for literally 7 minutes. I again will post the link to the surveillance video to this review when I upload it. They again did nothing to clean the oil spots, much less the dirt and pollen that accumulated on then. They half asset smeared the white sealer over the dirt/oil, them black topped over that a minute later. All spots came thru again within a day. I tried 4 times after that to contact the company with no call back. I have never received such slovenly and laxidasical service in my life, to then be ignored repeatedly by to owner after they failed to do as promised in their flier. On a scale of 1 to ten for quality of work and customer service, I give them a -11.

+ -1 moreCentury Sealers responded well and did overall good work. I was disappointed, though, that they did a messy job on a small, older section of the driveway. They could have shot the blacktop and dirt out with a hose. I am generally satisfied, however.
Description of Work: Century Sealers sealed my blacktop driveway. The driveway totals about 7,000 square feet.
