+ -1 moreWOW!! Shel was polite and professional the entire time! He explained everything. The pet and mud stains came out of my carpets. Everything went smoothly. Would definitely use this company again and I no longer need the crappy steam machine I bought at Target.

Description of Work: Shel cleaned my carpets in my home and they came out looking like new again. He got rid of some old stains that I thought were there for good.

+ -1 moreHe was wonderful. I would highly recommend him. He was very professional and did what we asked him to do. We left him by himself. When we came back, everything was in perfect order.
Description of Work: He did the shampooing of the carpet and he used a special tool that went around the baseboard of the basement. We have a walkout basement. He went around the back of the house and didn't go through the house. He put plastic underneath the legs of the furnished when he was finished.
