Description of Work: I was pleased overall. The carpets look terrific when the provider finished. I was surprised that the little squares that are put under furniture while the carpets are drying weren't provided. This meant that I had to wait until that night to put everything back--and I had to do it myself.

+ -1 moreIt was fine. They showed up promptly and did the work as requested. It worked out fine. They returned my calls and showed up when the appointment was scheduled for. They did an acceptable job and they did great.

+ -1 moreI recommended him to a co-worker. I believe that the co-worker was happy with the service. They were professional, reasonable, they showed up when they were supposed to, and did the job they were supposed to do and perhaps even had more done. They exceeded my expectations.

+ -1 moreThe work took about 1-1/2 hours and included moving of a few pieces of furniture. The technician Bill was very polite and efficient. The job looked quite good and he suggested about six hours dry time. We stayed off of it the rest of the day and that night. The next morning we noticed a couple areas that looked soiled. I called and talked with Adam who was very polite and he said they could come back next week and take care of it. Adam came back as we scheduled, and after seeing the spots apologized and explained that sometimes with deep spotting that after the carpet dries they wick back up. He went over the spots again very thoroughly. When he left he apologized again and thanked me for calling them back. I must say that those areas now look just as good as the rest of the carpet.
Description of Work: A coupon for three rooms, stairs and hall for $99 prompted my call. I also added a special spot reducer, scotch guard, and bought two bottles of spot remover.

+ -1 moreCarpet Doctor Upholstery was punctual and professional. They came in and worked until the job was done. It did not take them long and my carpets are beautiful. They are very reputable and I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I had Carpet Doctor Upholstery come out one time to clean my carpets. They also scotch guarded them. The whole job took a couple of hours.
