RUINED OUR FLOOR AND WALL AND REFUSES TO FIX OR PAY FOR IT - Contracted CS Services to mount a television over our fireplace in early July 2018. Placed a $50.00 Deposit on the contract for his services. Mr. Campbell arrived to install. He stated he would just need to cut out a section of drywall on the side or the fireplace and place a outlet cover over it. He stated he would run the wires all through the wall and we would only have the outlet visible. Mr. Campbell proceeded to cutout the outlet area and went into the unfinished part of the basement to drill into the wall area to run the cords into the outlet on our first floor next to the fireplace. Once him and I proceeded upstairs and we observed the area, it became clear that he drilled a hole in out 1 year old hardwood floor that was approximately a foot and a half away from the wall where he was trying to access. Our discussion was that I would have our floor guy, replace that section of the floor, sand and stain. He agreed at this point. I contact our flooring company Upswing Flooring (Mena Tawadros, President) to get an estimate. He sent an estimate for $1,350.00 plus tax to repair the floor, sand and restain. I contact Mr. Campbell at CS Services and we agreed that we would repair the floor on August 13th, 2018 since that was a date that Upswing Flooring had available. We discussed that we were going to a hotel on August 12th, 13th and 14th due to the fumes from the flooring repair. Mr. Campbell did not contact us and never arranged the deposit or payment for the flooring repair so I was contacted on Monday that Upswing never showed. Mr. Campbell told me that he didn't have the money and there were other things that were more important. He asked we wait. I contacted Mr. Campbell 08/21/2018 and he stated he would pay us for the flooring, wall repair and hotel reimbursement. Called and text again 10/04/2018. He returned our deposit of $50.00 and sent me another $50.00 and said thats all he has to pay.

Was interested in mounting flat screen TV over fireplace. Thoroughly looked at possible install options. Determined could not be mounted safely over fireplace and provided another option. Work was very high quality. Price very good. Excellent, professional work. Delighted!!!

This is the second time we have hired him. We had to re-hang the TV after painting above the fireplace. He is very professional and prompt & reasonable. I saw a ladder on his vehicle in the driveway. Asked him if he would install a battery in fire alarm That was on a 12 foot ceiling. He also hung a mirror for us. I would highly recommend him

They were a no show for the first appt. on a Saturday morning without a call which I find unacceptable. I called and the phone went right to voicemail and left a message here. I did not hear from them until Sunday evening. Another job ran late was the excuse. We rescheduled and he was 40 minutes late for that appointment. Once he was here he was fine, accommodating and did an ok job.

The appointment was for a certain time, but due to a previous job taking longer, they ran a bit late. I was notified promptly, so I was not inconvenienced. The 2 gentlemen were courteous and efficient. Once the equipment was set up, they walked me through what I needed to do with service providers, and helped me through the ones that could be completed while they were present. They advised me of my next steps and offered to consult further by phone if I had any trouble. All went well and I am able to use my equipment now. I would use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

Incredible! My husband who was home when they came and said they were the most professional, courteous people he has ever come across in the service business. Work was done in a timely manner and look great. We are super pleased and will absolutely contact again when we need to have additional work done. I contacted him over a holiday weekend through a Yelp inquiry expecting to hear back after the long weekend but he responded to me within hours and set up a time. We are very pleasded!

Very satisfied with the overall job that was done. I had an appointment for 5:30 and at 5:25 he was at my house. Took only an hour and TV was on the wall looking good. I also bought the TV mount from him too because I didn't have one.

Purchased deal in January and finally got around to scheduling the work. There was a issue with scheduling but after leaving a message he responded by calling back within a reasonable time frame. After arriving he and the young man helping got right to work and completed mounting television on wall. I have no issues with cleanliness of work area and the work seems to be quite solid. I would not hesitate to call him again if the need were to arise.

The only thing that surprised me was that the installer did not clean up dust from drilling into the wall and allowed the dust to fall on audio speakers.

O'Neal called promptly to schedule and arrived on time for the appointment. He did a very professional job with the installation and was able to do the placement where I wanted it. I paid (a reasonable price) for him to come with the wall mount kit, which was an item not included with the deal. I also had hoped he would return to hide the cords in the wall (again a very reasonable price) but he has not yet contacted me back.

Very well. He braved the snow storm to get here as promised. Wasted no time and got right to work. Very competent young man.

The service O'Neil of Campbell Service provided was second to none. He mounted and installed every single TV I had purchased for my new home and on top of that his ability to integrate wires and cords, I've never seen anything like it. There were places where I was certain he would not be able to hide cords and he made a way. And to top it off, I had pictures and painting in my home that I was still looking for places and ways to hang them, not only did O'Neil go out of his way to offer suggestions but I ended up hiring him on the spot to hang many of them. He stayed and helped me much longer than our initial appointment. Very professional and very friendly. Worth every single penny
