+ -1 moreHe originally said the job would cost $2500 for labor if I bought the materials. I purchased the materials and he started the job. Throughout the job he kept adding costs and the end total was $5000. My tenants called me to let me know that he didn't finish. I spoke with Calvin and he said he did finish the job and sent me pictures. I came up to Rochester to check the rental and he didn't finish the job. He took on other work for my neighbors, but didn't finish the work for me. I called him multiple times and he always said he couldn't come back, because he was on another job. I am now out $5000 for incomplete work and he also took my materials. He claimed that they were stolen.
Description of Work: I hired him to paint the exterior of my rental.
