 + 1 moreGuy i met was rude my truck was damaged by wind storm on Wednesday afternoon so i went to get estimates and told i needed 3 for insurance company and they were going with lowest price. He said we WON'T be that and to bring in the other estimates. To compare their prices 😞😞😞😞

Description of Work: I had used them in past, the mechanical service they have done has been fine. But because of this most recent time and pricing being on high end I will avoid using them in future. This last time car wouldn't start so I called them, they said to tow it in. It was near closing time, they said drop it in lot. I get a call next day saying they needed to tow it to another area. So I was going to be charged another towing fee. No choice at that point. I feel they should have told me to tow it in during business hours so that fee could have been avoided. Their tow fee also ended up being higher than original 10 mile tow. Service was performed, then they mistakenly charged me 2 towing fees. After I noticed it they did reverse it the next day, so scrutinize their charges, they won't. It was one of the owners that did my billing, he also had a bit of an attitude when I mentioned about towing charge. Service manager is better person to deal with. I did also get an estimate for collision repair from them in past, of the several estimates I got they were 2nd highest. So I did not use them.

 + -1 moreI had a little issue with them. But they resolved it in the end. We were going to have put on some locks for wheel covers. I didn't realize that they kept the car for the longest time. I live in Buffalo and I traveled to Rochester to get it done. They didn't call to say that they were waiting for the wheel locks. It just took forever. I just didn't think the communication was good at their side. But they said they were waiting for another outside company to get the actual locks and that's what took so long. I was a little upset that they didn't call to say that it was going to take longer. They gave us a discount. So it turned out good. They did very good work.

 + -1 moreI choose Brother's based on Angie's list recommendation. The car was determined to be totaled by the insurance company so they didn't do any work. On Balance the owner's seemed fair and seemed to have charged a fair price for storage while the estimate process worked its way out.

 + -1 moreThey were awesome. I have to call them because I need my oil change. I wanted to do some work on the car. But they told me not to put my money on the old car. They don’t want to just take my money. It was really freezing one day and I had an appointment. They actually came and dropped me home and picked me up. Their price is comparable to everyone else. They don’t do things unnecessarily. It was birthday and I forgot my phone. They had called me four times and texted me twice when they were working on my brakes. They will call and give me a price when they find something. They are always on time. They always got a good joke.
Description of Work: I went to Brothers Collision Mechanical for the basic tune-up the first time. Then some kid hit my vehicle and so they smoothed out the dents.

 + -1 moreTheir work is very good. They have a wonderful work ethic. The workers are very thorough and hard working. My only complaint is they do not have evening hours, so it is difficult to have work done during normal business hours since they don’t have a shuttle. If you work until 5 p.m., try to get off early since they close at 5 sharp. They were able to get the work done within a day. When they found the issue, they called me to let me know what the problem was, if they could work on it and how much it would cost. I also feel I am treated very fairly as a woman there. I would use them more often if their hours were more flexible.
Description of Work: They have identified issues with alignments that other companies passed over and ended up being a tire rod issue. This work was done on a 2007 Dodge Caravan.

 + 0 moreThey did excellent work. We have used them several times with great results. Everyone there is very upfront. They did not surprise us with any extra work. I would recommend them to anyone. They are also very accurate with time and price estimates. They do have a waiting office for quick work and they have also dropped me off at work when needed.
Description of Work: I have gone there for basic oil changes and major body work on Honda Accord and Pilot.

When the accident happened, the other party did not want to go through insurance and they said it was no problem. I asked the insurance company for a recommendation for the work that needed to be done, and their recommendation’s pricing was much higher. I recommend Brothers to anyone who needs body work done. They are superb. These people are very honest and hard workers.They are quick and fast with their work as well.
Description of Work: I had my car keyed and from a wreck that needed major body work.

 + -1 moreI felt very comfortable with these people. They're honest and fair. They're friendly and courteous. They offered a good explanation of what to expect. They had started the work immediately after I dropped it off, and had it completed exactly on the day they'd promised.
Description of Work: Brothers Collision is a first rate operation. They did a super job of body work on the fender/bumper of my car. They also did an amazing job of polishing -- It looked like a brand new car. They also thoroughly cleaned and polished the interior -- That also looked like the quality you'd expect from a car detailing business.
