Broccolo Tree & Lawn Care

After 15 years of no lawn care other than mowing, the lawn was full of weeds and grubs, and in very poor shape. Broccolo serviced for one full year and the results are great! This was a huge improvement to the yard. I never expected it could come back so quickly. They were very professional, results are spectacular, and they always left a note as to what they did. I highly recommend them.

I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.

They have taken care of my property for the past 10 years or more. I have a contract and with the lawn and garden and everything I spend over $3,000 a year. They are not cheap but they do a good job. They are prompt and reliable. They have given me good advice on stuff and they don't run up the bill. They are very responsive. They call me before they come over every time.

Fortunately I never spent the money, but have had 5-6 emails with Michael Umansky about servicing our yard...each time he says he will be out within five days, but has never shown up. In the last email, he even suggested that now I should contact the office to arrange the scheduling, but I refuse, since that was his job...and now he wants me to do it.Sorry Broccolo - will find it very difficult to ever do anything with you again. And - to top it off...you come to my next door neighbor's house to do their lawn fertilizer, and have been there twice, and skipped mine. Not worth the trouble.

I saw them on Angie's List and called them. I don't know how they determined the estimate, whether they looked at a map, or actually came out, as I didn't see them. I am getting several estimates. I give them high ratings and I may use them, I'm still hammering it out.

This is my first time using a lawn service for this type of work. In the past I have always done it myself. Broccolo did a very good job and was ALWAYS professional. It is nice that the same person applies chemicals (Chris for me) to your lawn and leaves a report for you at the end. It is nice to see their observations and suggestions. My only complaint is 3/4 through the year they decided to add a "fuel surcharge". It irritated me that they would do this in the middle of our agreement,after we agreed on a price in the spring, and fuel prices had actually gone down since spring. Fuel surcharges are a way for services to increase their price without saying they are increasing their prices. I did call Broccolo to complain about the surcharge and they did remove the surcharge from my bill. Overall I have had an excellent experience and would recommend them.

They respond quickly to complaints. I was happy with their work.

Used them for two years at more than $250 per year. I didn't have as good of an experience with this company as others. The lawn care that was provided was not to the standards I expected and I found their customer service to be lacking. For example, I never asked for aeration, yet came home one day to find 1,000 holes in my lawn. Called to complain and they agreed to split the bill. In addition, when I talked to a manager about a problem with my lawn, he said he would come and inspect it and could pick up the payment for my last service, which I said I would fix to the door. He took my payment but never called me to address my concern. This was after the technician who cared for my lawn also did not return my call about the same issue. Switching to a different company for this spring.

They have great follow up and regular communication with you.

The experience was good and I will use them again in the future.

First time I've used a service, I'm very happy with the results. My only complaint is they do not give me notice before showing up for service at my house. I have dogs and then need to run around the yard to collect all the toys and make sure they have been out before they start the service. Would be much better if I could get a days notice!

Very pleased so far with everything they have done! The tech leaves us detailed notes to help improve our lawn's health!

We were looking for a 'green' company to come out and treat our lawn this year. I believe the sales rep's name was Michael who came out and gave us the estimate. He was extremely thorough in explaining the difference between organic lawn care and lawn care involving pesticides. At the time we were doing some of our own landscaping and he offered some great advice about a sealant to use on the pavers we were placing on our lawn that would help them last longer. Our first treatment was scheduled a couple weeks after Michael's initial visit. Curtis was our lawn care specialist and was very courteous, professional, and very efficient with his time. While this is the first of five treatments, we have already noticed a huge difference in the way our lawn looks. We're quite happy with the results, so far, and look forward to continued improvement as the months go on.

This treatment went well. The tech was quite professional, arrived when promised, and left a detailed note. I did have a slight problem last year when I specifically asked that they not use grub killer on my lawn and they used it anyway by mistake. They apologized and seemed mildly sorry this happened.

I contacted them and they were a no show on appointments. It happened more than once.

We have been using them for a number of years. They are a green company, which is a great thing, as well as important to us.

I just purchased this home and the previous owners used this company and were very pleased with there work. They are a bit pricy, but they do a very thorough job and there neat, prompt and professional. I chose to use a contract this year and pay them as they complete each of 5 applications.

Broccolo comes periodically. They are very good at the service they provide. I don't have any complaints about them. They always show up on time and are very friendly people.

He was very timely and neat. He did exactly what I wanted him to do. He cleaned up all of the trimmings and he was polite. He was great to deal with and I would recommend him. The hedges look really nice.

My yard looks wonderful. Broccolo Tree and Landscape will come out and re-spray weeds if you have problems with any yard concerns between their visits. They are dependable and very considerate to the environment.

Broccollo Tree & Lawn Care comes out at least four times a year, and sprays your trees if needed, after they inspect them. We paid in advance, as that saves money. No need to be home, they just leave a note on the door. If home, they let you know so you can stay inside while they spray.

Broccolo Tree & Lawn Care does this work on a yearly basis. I've used other companies in the past, this is a good service. They come out 11 times a year and will return if needed. They are also very informative and whenever I have questions they answer them.

Broccolo Tree & Lawn Care does a wonderful job. My lawn looks wonderful now. They show up on time, and don't bother me. We are very pleased with them.
