Description of Work: The $189 is for our '2014 Lawn Care' (5 applications): 1)Spring, 2)Early Summer (includes grub and insect control), 3)Mid-Late Summer (includes grub and insect control), 4)Early Fall, 5)Mid-Late Fall. In May for $535 we paid to have our lawn renovated: they put additional top soil down in the low areas, power raked the the whole lawn 2 times and over seeded after each raking with a triple blend of seed. The lawn is looking a lot better. I know it is a work in progress. I enjoy watching the good grass grow into the areas where the weeds and crab grass once dominated. The staff is great, always willing to answer my questions and address any special needs.

Description of Work: I Phoned this establishment and asked to have someone come out measure my yard and give me an estimate for lawn care. That was to include fertilizing weed killing, and so forth, everything except mowing. A woman by the name of Sarah took my information returned a phone call and said she would be there at noon on the following Friday. Low and behold, at exactly 12 noon the doorbell rang. It was Sarah, ready to do her job, and she could have not been more punctual! She was friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable about her product and in the manner in which they would be applied. After writing up the contract, and taking a small deposit, she told me that the first application would take place within a week. She was absolutely correct, as three days later a licensed technician showed up and applied fertilizers and weed killer. Sarah's punctuality, and the follow-up by the technician, have both impressed me. Sarah's employer could not have sent a better representative.

Description of Work: We had them come for an estimate and the person said that she would come back with a plan. Its 4 weeks later and we have not heard from them. We called once and all they told us was it wasn't done. We ended up doing it ourselves.

 + -1 moreBroccollo Tree & Lawn Care accidentally sprayed fertilizer on some of the shrubs and burned up some of my shrubs. I would not refer them to anyone. It is yet to be determined if the plants and shrubs will survive.

Description of Work: Broccolo Tree & Lawn Care came out to our house to irrigate our lawn. They also sprayed our lawn with some sort of chemicals to treat it for weeds and pests.
