Description of Work: I requested them to strip and clean my vinyl kitchen floor as well as clean three rooms of carpeting/a hall/ stairway. Matt arrived promptly and went right to work. The carpets turned out beautifully. The kitchen floor looked pretty good too at first, but after Matt left, I noticed high traffic patches that were not as clean as the rest. I called the office and Scott was very accommodating. He scheduled Matt to return the next day to make it right. Matt returned early, took special pains to make my floor as clean as it could be, and even waxed it. I was very pleased that they were so responsive, and the final result looked great. Great price, great customer service!

+ 0 moreThe guys came out to diagnose the mold issue at the house and provide opinions and options to prevent any of this type of mold growth in the future. It turned out to be a minor issue, but the guys took off the baseboard molding, cleaned the carpets in the area, and remediated the mold. Upon their recommendation we purchased a dehumidifier for the room, which has solved the problem since. Britestarr Cleaning is one of the most professional companies that we have ever dealt with since going into business. The guys are always there when we need them, and go out of their way to make sure that we are completely happy with the services that they provide. This professional attitude and attention to detail was evident on the first job a couple years ago, and continues today many many many jobs later. If you truly want the best in the business at great prices, you need to call Britestarr.
Description of Work: Mold remediation and extraction on a rental property that we had mold growing at the baseboard level by the carpet in a basement bedroom.

Description of Work: Top notch job. Moved all furniture. Cleaned large sectional and all downstairs carpet. Carpet was nearly dry when Britestar left and both sectional and carpet looked great. This is the second time I have used their services.

+ -1 moreThe end result was fantastic. This furniture is light colored and I was surprised how clean and new-looking they are now. My own past attempts to clean these have always been a let down. I called to get information and they were able to come to my home the very next day, and the price was much better than competitors. The two gentlemen were very friendly, professional and quick. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

+ -1 moreMatt arrived promptly and performed an exceptionally thorough cleaning. Both sofas were replaced in exact original locations and left nearly dry. Was able to use less than 24 hours later. (probably could have been closer to twelve but I had no need.). Would definitely use again, including for carpet. At this time carpet is new, so perhaps next year.
Description of Work: Service included cleaning two sofas: one large sectional and one smaller. The large sofa is over 20 years old, and after cleaning, the cotton fabric cover looked brand new. ( I have been fairly diligent about professionally cleaning the sectional in the past,) The smaller microfiber sofa, which had never been cleaned, also looked and smelled like new.

+ -1 moreThey used a new machine I've never seen before and what a difference. It removed all stains even grease and came out looking brand new. I'm convinced the new technology really made the difference compared to previous companies I've hired to perform the same sevice. The owner Matt was very friendly and professional. I look forward to using their services again.
