Brett deals in professionalism, including knowing how to perform under fixed-price contracts as well as time-and-materials contracts, as appropriate to our needs as the customer. This makes Brett an in-demand practitioner. Brett arrives when he says he will, brings an appropriate array of necessary tools and materials, and applies them with skill. Brett works very neatly, vacuuming and sweeping as he goes to minimize dirt and dust that inevitably gets tracked through the home. He is highly respectful of furnishings and possessions. Brett has lots of experience, which leads to good ideas and suggestions that inevitably lead to an even more satisfying result. He listens to the customer, adds his suggestions, and then executes what you agree to. And he keeps you informed of progress and issues as you go. Brett's pricing is fair. The phrase "you get what you pay for" is both overused andmisleading because it may be misconstrued as meaning every dollar spent yields a marginally better return. But what I mean here is that you might be able to find a contractor who charges less on a per-hour basis, but it's highly unlikely that you'll get more per dollar spent than you'll get with Brett. In short, it's home improvement done beautifully. And without a lot of "contractor headaches."
