+ -1 moreI never write reviews, however this is the single worst experience I have ever had with a provider. At first they were very responsive. Their salesperson Anne is quite good but she is not reflective of the crew. I hired them to clean up my yard. They tore up my plants and blew away all of the mulch we had put it in. They also blew it onto the house and to this day, it is still stuck on the siding. I called them several times and did not receive a response. Finally, after a year, they agreed to return and put back a few of the plants they removed. The plants died within a week. As for the lawnmowing, there were weeks at a time when they did not show. Highly unreliable. I would never use them again.
Description of Work: Fall clean up, lawnmowing.

+ -1 moreVery Bad, they are unreliable and unprofessional. Lack total business ethics.
Description of Work: we contracted them for the spring summer season. The contract was for them to come Bi-monthly to weed and take care of flower beds. So far the only thing they have done is put some terrible mulch down in beds which is already gone as they put a very thin amount in flower beds. We ask for the black mulch and they put a "sawdust" free municipal mulch down. They have yet to do a spring cleaning of beds and our gardens look the worst they ever have. Have called several times to come and do the cleanup, and bed maintenance. They maintain that they sent someone when in fact they discovered they did the work at someone else's house. They haven't come back to rectify their mistake. Needless to say we are very unhappy and I will never recommend them to anyone.

+ 0 moreThey start mowing on April first and end in October. They're very good and reliable. I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They do snow plowing and lawn mowing for me. They charge $18/mowing for my yard which is about 5000 sqft.

+ -1 moreThe price is very reasonable, they show up and do my lawn. I will pay all of my bills but then sometimes get a notice saying I didn't pay so I have to call them and let them know that I paid and have to send receipts. I do have to straighten out invoice payments for the previous 6 months sometimes. I have always been able to solve those issues though so it does not continue to be a problem, just don't be surprised if you get a notice. They also do snow removal but I would not recommend this, I don't believe they have the right equipment for it. The price was reasonable on that as well, but if it doesn't do the job it doesn't really help me. I really like the guys that do come out and their service, but it is a little irritating on the billing side.
Description of Work: I have used them for a few years to do my lawn. I spend about $450 a year.
