The price was good. The work was done in an expedient manner. So far the driveway has held up. I had him come back and look at something, but he said it wasn't a problem.

Norm (owner) showed up and performed estimate. He was a little on the rude side when dealing with my wife, but I think he was trying to figure out his chances of getting the business by inquiring about other quotes we had received. His estimate was detailed and in our price range. Once I agreed and signed the contract it was approx. 3 weeks before they could start the job. The workers were courteous and seemed to work hard. Norm was on-site at the start of the work day. They started the work but had to call it off when it rained too hard to continue. They resumed the following day and finished the same day. I asked if I could pay by credit card but he preferred to pick up a check instead. It wasn't a big deal but seeing that they advertise accepting credit there should have been no questions asked. The driveway looks good. A few areas have loose asphalt even though we've tried our best to drive very carefully on it (after a week off of it completely). Overall, I'm satisfied.

Bill Warner Paving arrived on time and did everything that was included on the contract. The crew was friendly and worked hard. They finished in a timely manner and were very professional.
