They did not answer telephone calls from me or email via Angies list. Good business practice means you contact anyone who contacts you even if you are too busy to do the job.

George and his team were prompt, friendly, and incredibly responsive to my needs. The fence was masterfully built and George took me around to show me how they closed off any gaps or openings where a little dog might get out. I am completely satisfied with their work. The fence and the gate are as solid as can be, and they’re clearly constructed with the highest quality materials. I highly recommend.

This company is great. I was having a hard time getting people to call me back, and the one quote I got was outrageous. This company answered my call and I was able to not only tell them what I wanted, but they gave me a must more reasonable quote over the phone. They were very professional in doing the job, I would recommend them to anyone needing fencing.

We needed an unusual fence--part chain link, and part around our deck. We were really pleased with Bieleski and Son. They were prompt, put the fence up in a day, it looks great, and the price was fair. I'd hire them again any time.

Out of all the estimates I had (5 of them) the gentleman that came out from Bielaski gave me the best vibes. I felt like I could trust him. Even though he came in slightly higher than other estimates I decided to go with him based on my meeting with him and the other reviews here on Angie's list. Also they were able to install it within a few weeks of him giving me the estimate. They came out to my house and had to tear out my old fence. They worked steadily all day. The crew was very nice and professional. I absolutely love my new fence. My friend had them install a 4ft black chain link fence at her house the next day.

Very well. He was quick to respond to voice messages. Work was done in a timely manner, and they did not leave a mess. The quality was much better than I had expected. The double gate added a bit to the costs, but it was worth it. Very sturdy.

I sent a message regarding my fence repair needs to Bielaski and Son Fence Co. through the Angie's List website on September 4, 2016. It is now November 22, 2016 and I never received a response.

Fence install went ok. We opted to go with stakes to secure the bottom of the fence. But, then we changed our minds about 6 months later and wanted to pay to change the stakes for a bottom tension wire. We tried to call multiple times and they kept telling us they would call us when their schedule freed up. But, it's been more than 8 months now. I've left messages but I can't get a call back. If I could just get a tension wire installed they would get a more favorable review, but unfortunately I can't recommend them since they don't seem to be responsive to a client's requests. UPDATE: George had finally contacted me and sincerely apologized that they haven't been in contact. His family (it is a family owned business) was away due to a family matter for the past few months. He set things right and my wife and I really appreciate it. This makes the whole fence experience A++'s across the board! Glad to do business with him.

Workmen came on time, did the job we agreed to and cleaned up.

I called George and left a message about wanting an estimate and he returned my call by the end of the day. We set up a time for him to come the next night and give me a quote (his was one of four). I had a copy of the survey and we measured the path that I wanted to have the fence installed with location of the gates. We then went over options and he gave me a written quote for the work on the spot. His quote was $1700 under 2 other quotes and was the same price as the final quote. I decided to go with him because the other company couldn't start the job for 6 weeks and because George was more punctual in calling me back and coming over for the estimate. He kept in contact with me between the time we booked the job and the projected start date. Two days before the project he informed me all the materials were in place. At that time I requested that an additional gate be added and he ordered a new one, adjusted the quote and started the project only a day late. He and a three man crew completed the job in 3 days. He and his crew were very polite, on-time, and always picked up after themselves. Throughout the project I changed my mind regarding a gate, three additional bushes had to be removed due to the property line, and I asked him to move all of the tree and bush debris from the front curb to the back of the property. George graciously met all my requests without any attitude or complaints or changing his price (except for the gate which is to be expected). 3 days after the project was done and he had been paid I called George and requested that the hinges on one of the gates be flipped to change the way the gate opened. He called me back within the hour and was back the next afternoon and fixed it. I couldn't be happier with the fence and my experience working with George and his company. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to anyone. I have never written a review before but felt compelled to because they were so nice and did such a good job.

I had Bielaski Fence install my new vinyl privacy fence for me. The entire experience was a pleasant one. George came by to do the estimate, and right away I got a good feeling from him. He seemed very knowledgeable and practical. He gave good suggestions and pointed out a few legal restrictions (with a pool). He said it would take two and a half days to do the job, and that's what it took! The price was comparable to another company I checked into, but George guaranteed that my price wouldn't jump up after they started digging into the ground. Sometimes there was unexpected things that happen once they dig that will cause others to raise their price after. The crew he had with him were very polite and neat. My neighbor even commented on how careful they were. I ran into an issue after where the ground/cement must have settled a bit, and the gate wasn't opening easily. I called up George and he came over the following weekend and fixed it right away. I would highly recommend this company and I would use them again. They did quality work for a fair price and were very professional about it.

George and his crew were wonderful! They weren't the least expensive quote we received, but they were able to do the work sooner and we trusted them to get the job done right. They had to drill away concrete to get one of the posts in, which they did without causing damage.

Bielaski returned my initial call within hours. He was professional and upbeat. Visited our house the following day and gave an estimate on the spot. Also went over the details of fence installation so we were informed as to what we were getting. I received two other estimates. Not only was Bielaski on par with the other estimates, it sounded like he was going to do a better job. He also did not pressure me whereas the other companies were asking for a deposit before leaving the yard. We scheduled the work and Bielaski showed up as promised, on time. They went over the plan with me and started work. The weather conditions were not ideal and our yard has lots of hills and valleys. Nonetheless, the four person crew worked hard throughout the day. It was evident that they all took pride in their work. I noticed George helping the crew but also observing their work to make sure everything was completed with the highest quality. When the work was complete, George walked me through the yard and made sure I was 100% satisfied prior to asking for any money. They cleaned up the yard and went on their way. I would definitely use Bielaski again in the future and have already recommended them to my family and friends.

I got 3 estimates, all seemed reasonable. BIELASKI's was the lowest and they made the best all-round impression with me. From start to finish, even after the job was done and paid, George has always answered answered calls quickly. He and a partner came to my house soon after I called, carefully measured and discussed options with me. I felt that George is a man of his word. Other things came up and I had to wait a full year before I could start. George remembered me & my yard, found the original quote and offered to keep it without re-pricing materials. He came with a big crew who worked very well together, very professional. They got it done in 2 days and did a great job of cleanup. George was very communicative and professional about questions that came up during the job. He interacted cooperatively and flexibly with a neighbor whose yard adjoins mine and accommodated some of her requests. We're very happy with the fence, it looks great and they handled the challenges presented by trees and higher parts of the property etc very well. A couple of months later one of the boards warped and split after a heavy rain. I called George and a couple of days later found that he had already replaced it. BIELASKI is a multi-generational family business with an old-fashioned feel of integrity and pride in their work combined with professionalism. A real pleasure to work with them.

The job was done efficiently and was an amazingly neat and organized operation. They have the process down to a science. It was beautiful to watch them work as there was an ease about their team work. There was no mess at all. The crew was quiet, unobtrusive and and pleasant and they were a credit to the company and Georges leadership ability. The fence looks great. I would use them again and only wish that I had the need for more fencing!

George was responsive to my call. He came to estimate the job the same day I called him. At first we only wanted an estimate on repairing or replacing a broken chain link gate. As we talked I realized the futility of replacing only the gate considering the condition of the rest of the fence. We ended up getting a quote to remove and replace the current 61 feet of fencing, and additional 25 feet of fencing on another part of our property. George advised us to replace the existing broken chain link gate with a custom made pressure treated gate that would better match the rest of the fence. We contacted George the next day to tell him we would go with his company and told him we needed the work done some time in April. After about three days he called back to schedule the work and did the work on the day he promised. The job took about one entire day, broken up over two half day segments. When George finished the work he cleaned up the site and you couldn't tell he was even here! Our town won't take the old fencing, so he cut up each of the sections, which was a LOT of material, into perfect 2 foot by 4 foot sections and piled them up neatly by my garage so I can put them out with my garbage each week. He even took the old posts and some of the bad fencing because he felt it was was too much material to leave in the driveway! His price was not the least expensive nor the most expensive. We appreciated his advice with the gate because we have an inground pool and need to have a self closing gate. George gave me advice on the final day and I'm confident that he will come back if there are any future questions or issues. He was professional, showed pride in his work, and exceeded our expectations. I was proud to use a smaller, local company. You won't be disappointed if you use Bielaski Fence for your project.

I needed to go before the town board to get a leniency to have a fence partially in my front yard. The estimate between both companies I choose on Angie's list was a $25 difference. It took a couple months to get the approval and it was a close call between the two companies. When the approval came in I took another look on Angie's list. Low and behold one of the companies I choose went from an A rating to a B rating due to communication issues. That left Bielaski. A mutual time was set for the install and it went well, a two day job. Then the weather took a turn for the worse and George called me first thing to inform me that they were not able to complete the job that day. He said that as soon as the weather permitted he would be there to complete the job. He kept his word, he showed up a few days later and finished the job. A few minor alignments just needed to be done to adjust the gates which he corrected when he came for final payment. I have received many compliments including town board members that say how nice the fence looks. The black chain link fence is the only reason I was permitted to have this fence, I didn't even know about it until it was brought up by Bielaski's fence co. George has very good communication skills and if something prevents him from showing up, you will receive a call. I would recommend this company again.

These guys were great. They knew we badly needed the fence up to keep our dogs from getting loose. They worked every moment there wasn't a downpour and got the job done in days. Took all the old fencing to the curb for pick-up. I didn't have a lot of quotes to compare costs, and obviously the job wasn't done for free, but the price was close to what I had expected. Professional, hard-working, with a quality product. Nice people too. I'd use them again without hesitation. Worth every penny.

David responded quickly to my request to be contacted about installing a fence. David and George came out 2 days after our request and gave us a reasonable quote for the work. The work was completed in about 4 hr and they did a beautiful job. The quality of the fence is great. We have had several compliments on its appearance. We had other quotes, but knew as soon as we met David and George that we wanted them to do the job.

Very professional and responsive. Communication was consistent. Work performance was very good. Job was completed under estimated timeframe. George was easy to talk to and shared information so I could make an informed decision.
