Being color blind I was having trouble picking a tile that would go well with the rest of colors in bathroom. I didnt get help I felt confident about from 2 big big box stores and one other tile store. At Best Tile I got a young woman who spent the better part of an hour finding the right color and the right pattern for the existing color scheme. She also helped me with the grout color and transition strip. The diy part got finished and the result was great every color sighted person loved the combinations. And thanks to the instructions of the sales person it got done right with floor leveling and tile lay out. I picked up tile which was there when they said it would be. The price was a bit pricier than big box store but the assortment was huge coated to other sellers.

It went smoothly and everything was delivered on time.

overall, the product was fine and what we were looking for. the sales person was knowledgeable and helpful although didnt go into details and ensure we understood store return policy. we ordered additional with the understanding that excess tile would be able to returned. store purchase, payment and pickup process negates the ability for the customer, unless fully informed prior to order, to understand that all stone tile purchase cannot be returned. the first time we were able to look at the physical bill receipt was after the tile was ordered, delivered, paid for and put into our vehicle. per store manager, store policy is no returns for stone tile, which is fine if customers are fully communicated to by the store that this is the case PRIOR to purchase. This was not the case with our purchase and the store manager was not at all focused on customer support and satisfaction, only on store policy. the store process is flawed and needs process modifications so that all customers are fully communicated to and understand return policies. we have been long time customers but will not return due to the lack of positive experience and customer handling by the store manager.
