Description of Work: Bill scraped, primed and painted the worst sides of our house while my husband did the easier areas. Bill finished his part in a timely manner while my husband is still |working on his ! He gave us a reasonable estimate in a timely manner, came when he said he would, and did a very nice thorough job. As a special request, we asked him to take our shutters home to paint and he had no problem with that. He also replaced some shingles for us after his painting was done. We were very satisfies with Bill's work on our home and he was both friendly and professional.

small appliance repair
+ -1 moreStarted the floors with first coat and didn't sand floors properly. Left areas with marks which had to be re- sanded. Was always late and only worked a few hours. Started tiling the bathroom floor and replacing vanity and toilet, never completed. Second coating was applied uneven .

+ -1 moreInitially, it went well. He is good at roughing but when it came to finishing and actually completing any specific part of the job his work did not meet our expectations at all. He said he did electrical work - he does not. The allure flooring job he did is in no way acceptable and the 25 year warranty on the product is now null and void. He arrived on the job about 10:00 and was gone by 4:30 most days; missing several days entirely. He is a nice guy and went above and beyond in certain aspects of the job, but much of the work he performed was not up to our standards.
Description of Work: Close off existing doorways and create new ones. Tear out kitchen cabinets and install good, used ones. Repair drywall; create closets; install bi-fold doors; paint; install allure flooring; sand and poly existing hardwood floors; replace toilet.

+ 2 moreOverall the job went as planned. All the timelines scheduled were completed. Additions to the original contracts were added and performed with no problems or delays.
Description of Work: Remodeled Kitchen with new cabinets and counters. Installed ceramic tile backsplash around counters. Installed new flooring under cabinets and appliances. Installed new dishwasher. Replace ceiling and installed flood lights and dimmer switches. New trim moulding around floor and ceiling installed. Installed ceramic tile flooring and moulding in front floyer and rear entrances. Downstairs bathroom tiled with ceramic tiles and floor mouldings. Upstairs bathroom tiles repaired in shower area and re-calked. Family room floor and ceiling moulding replaced. All the rooms painted upstairs and downstairs. The exterior of the house was completely painted and damaged tiles replaced.
