Bathe Enterprise Home Remodeling and Installation

Chad did a complete tear off of my roof 5yrs ago, replaced the plywood and put on new shingles. I had my gutters cleaned in October of 2021 and was told by another roofer that my roof was put on wrong and would need to be replaced in the spring. During the recent wind storm a good portion of my roof blew off! Therefore the roofer who warned me of the issues was completely correct and that Chad did a shoddy job! Chad should NEVER be allowed to put a roof on anyones home again!

I don't usually write reviews. I also don't usually write negative ones at that. Chad has actually worked on my home twice in the past. Once for my deck, the other with my shed. Today, we had him come to look at a pipe for our toilet. I answered the door - no greeting - but more importantly No mask. I had him to wait so I could place my children and their elderly Grandmother on the other side of the home. With social distancing I showed him the basement area where the pipe was located. I understand not wearing masks in areas such as the basement where you would be working, however when you are upstairs with family - out of respect, put a mask on. I was told he doesn't do that. So, moral of the story is - Don't hire this guy if you want to protect yourself from Covid. I also wouldn't hire him if you want someone polite who will talk to you with respect.

Excellent Chad was willing to make changes along the way, We even had him put down new flooring in the Kitchen, dining room, hallway and living room. Very patient team.

Went up with in a week. Weather got in the way but he and his crew worked in the cold to get it done. He even added a nice touch for me...solar caps on the posts. Looks so cool at night! Thanks Chad!

No problems....

Chad was great and communicated with us on a regular basis. If I needed him to redo something he personally made sure it was done right the second time around.

All work was done in a timely and professional manor.

Everything went well. Mr. Bathe communicated very well abiding my many questions and accommodating changes I made as the job progressed. He also allowed me to do the work I wanted on the project without trying to talk me out of it as had other estimating contractors.
