bathtub refinishing

The above work was done in 3 stages. First, foam was injected under the floor of the shower stall, which is large (bathtub size). The purpose was to fix an incorrect installation(according to the technician) and to prevent further cracks. (There was another crack within a year.) The next step was to fix the crack. This shows, so I opted to refinish the whole stall. This was the really major part of the project. A liquid solution is used. It was brown, even though the finish was ivory. It was splashed all over the bathroom. Nothing was covered. It was on the toilet, walls, etc. and was not cleaned up. A lot of dust was created during some part of the process. If he had told me, I would have covered things in the adjacent bedroom or he should have. He could have taken down the blinds and covered the vanity and toilet, but didn't. It was a mess. At some point my pill sorter disappeared. I later found some of the pills on the floor. It must have been knocked off the vanity and stepped on, but nothing was said. The worker frequently went in and out and did not cover his boots or put down any protective tarps. A drip of the solution was on the front edge of the shower stall. How this could have been missed and not corrected is a puzzle. It looks horrible. He said there would be no damage to the wall paint around the stall, but there was. The finish was apparently buffed with something round. The round swirls in the finish really show. The first time I washed the floor (on hands and knees) I noticed small scratches all over the vinyl flooring that hadn't been there the last time I washed the floor. Thank heavens they aren't viewable under normal circumstances. I paid approx. $1000 for all three jobs and will have to pay a lot more to have the damage repaired.
Description of Work: Sprayed foam under a shower stall to stabilize it so it wouldn't crack, repaired a crack and refinished the surface of the shower stall to cover the crack repair.
