They informed me they average4 to 5 weeks to remodel even a small bathroom. That was unacceptable.

The job took a little longer than we expected but overall we were happy with the job. They also recommended some one to do the floor tile and we are happy with the person and the work. It looks so much nicer than before even though there are a few minor flaws we are very pleased with the work.

I didn’t use them to get the work done. They gave me the best price, but I went back to who I had used and I got the same price. When it comes to their punctuality, they were early. They seemed good. I don’t know if I would use them in the future or not.

I had decided to investigate having our tub surround (tile) re-glazed as an alternative to tearing out the tub and tile or getting an aftermarket surround. After seeing their ad , I called to ask questions about how the re-glazing was done, and to get an estimate. Linda was very friendly to talk with and quite knowledgeable about the process. Bruce stopped over within 24 hours of my initial call for an estimate. Linda then called me back right away with the quote and I decided to have them do the work. They were able to schedule the job within a few days of my call. Bruce and his assistant showed up on time. He was able to remove a 'bath bar' that was no longer needed and filled in the holes. I left them to do their work and came back later in the day. I was amazed to see that the tile looked like new. It was very shiny and clean, just like new tile would be. In addition, the bathroom was clean and all debris was taken away. Bruce came back the next day to caulk and grout. Again, he showed up on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. I just called them again to work on another bathroom tile job. It's great to work with people like Bath Solutions- they exceeded my expectations.

Bath Fitter quoted a price of 2700.00 and they ran into a plumbing problem so we had to pay over 600.00 more than originally estimated. The installation went well and he was professional overall. Price seemed really expensive we had no choice.
