Was very Professional, and very meticulous to detail through out the entire job! Explained what was to be done every step of the way, and answered all our Questions! Deck was completed, and Terrific job Done by Brian! Would certainly recommend him to anyone who needs work done in all phases of Brian's expertise! If you don't call him, your missing out on an excellent way to get your project done!!!!!

When we first decided to make the change in our home we tried to do our homework and get as much information about the project beforehand and of course, getting multiple estimates for the work that needed to be done. Brian's quote seemed quite reasonable and the timetable very workable. As the project began, the problems did too. There were multiple difficulties, none of which Brian caused from the home's construction in 1983. Brian took it all in stride and came up with a plan to fix the joists and uneven floor to make things secure and attractive. He was thorough and professional, making sure that he cleaned up every day to leave the area as tidy as possible. The project lasted longer than our original plan but he revised his schedule and our estimate to make sure that we wouldn't have to wait or reschedule things. Even with the increase over the original estimate, he still finished the job with a price that was less than the other quote we received from another firm that didn't even take into account the and quot;surprisesand quot;. I would recommend highly and we intend to use his services for other projects in the near future.
