Hi [member name removed], This is your third review that has been completed for the same service call that was completed on July 25th. The first review is dated July 25, 2013. The second review is dated March 30, 2014. The third review is was posted yesterday July 1, 2014. I appreciate you taking the time to complete a review but would appreciate it if you posted only one review per service call as we have only been to your home once. I understand you were unhappy with your experience and we take your comments seriously and review them in our weekly training. We completed the recommendations from Noritz Technical Support team for the diagnostic of your tankless hot water heater by cleaning the manifold and motor and adjusting the gas pressure as directed. We were unable to make the repair within the first hour and you opted not to continue with the diagnostic. Had we continued troubleshooting I believe we would have figured out the problem and repaired it. There are many internal components that could be the culprit and we need to complete the required testing to diagnose it and repair it properly. The approximate cost was not $500.00 as stated on the review, I wanted to clarify that. The Service Mgr reduced the bill based on your concerns and the invoice total was $225.72. Thank you.
