+ -1 moreAndrew's Home Service was well represented but the work was slow and the workers' dogs were brought on to my premises. Once a portion of the roof was removed and I rejected the roof replacement, the contract was terminated, I paid excessively for work done, and the exposed portion of the roof was left uncovered with rain in the forecast.
Description of Work: To repair a roof leak about 20 square feet of roof was removed, cedar shingles and two asphalt layers. I was then advised that if would be difficult to patch in the area and that I should consider total roof replacement. Since I felt the estimate to do that was over the top, I consulted other roofing firms and received two estimates that were five thousand dollars cheaper. I then decided to go with another firm at which time I was required to pay the $1100.00 for two half days of work, a sum I feel is excessive for what was done as the entire roof eventually cost me only $7000 to replace.
