Installers knowledgeable but initially installed with the air intake from inside the basement but I caught it in time to get them to install to the outside. I should not have had to direct them to do this with a Navien tankless unit with twin connections for intake and exhaust.

Installer gave a courtesy call prior to arrival. Installer arrived within the timeline quoted to us. Installer s name was Mike and he was very professional from start to finish. We had a ton of questions and he answered every single one. His install was very clean and neat and he cleaned up the work area as he worked. Mike explained to us in detail how to use and maintain our new water treatment system. No negative comments at all and would highly recommend Mike if you are installing a water treatment system.

Only had one service call they came the same day solve the problem in 10 minutes. Very pleased

Installation was just yesterday. Filling a 120 gallon holding tank was a bit stressful on my well. Once it was filled, and the well was given a chance to recover, everything seems to be working fine... so far. My water looks great now that the iron and bacteria have been removed. Ed did a nice job of installing the equipment.

Overall I would highly recommend Anderson Water & Power, they were very professional. They were on time, efficient, neat and took the time to explain in things in detail.

I enjoyed the tech, his work was fast and respectful. Hope he comes next year.

Very professional and reasonable. Nice people! The only down side was that the installer showed up and had to leave 20 minutes later because he said that half the tools he needed did not get put into his truck. Therefore, it took longer than it needed to, which held us up a bit. Other than that, great job. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

Mike did a wonderful job also he was very neat (he even cleaned up some of the mess I left). My wife was very comfortable around him. He explained everything and even offered to help fix my Kitchen Sink drain but then it was beyond the simple repair and he spoke to me on my cell phone to offer his opinion and advice. This company does very good work. They installed the generator after dealing with rhe paperwork. They may not be the least expensive company; however, they are cost effective, if you consider the quality of work.

The gentleman that installed it; Andrew, was very knowledgeable and professional.

I have only had the system not even 2 weeks so to give it a star rating for the money I pd didn’t fit this questionnaire. So far, so good.

We’ve had a system for nearly 20 years and this a great upgrade plus we installed a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. Mike did a terrific job installing the units and explaining all the details. He is also the most courteous person we’ve ever hired! Extremely professional and friendly.
