The technician Mike was very professional and thorough, he explained what he was going to do as well as explained everything he completed when he was done. 5 stars My experience with customer service in scheduling the appointment as well as confirming it was not as great. Kathy is whom I spoke with, she was very snotty to me each of the three times I spoke with her. I asked her to use my cell phone for any communication and she continued to use my home phone number. If she is the first experience with your company that is unfortunate.

Our installer Mike was Very knowledgeable, courteous and meticulous with the install.he explained every detail with simple instructions, answered all of our questions and more.
