Always Moving

This company said they forgot to charge me for certain things. They have scratched my piano. They didn’t even know how to load the piano onto the truck. I never make posts like this but I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. They kept referring to my belongings as ‘****’. The owner’s son told me that ‘all of this ****’ is not going to fit on the truck. It was a tight fit and 2 large items and some artwork didn’t fit but we spent more time taking how it wasn’t going to fit than doing the work that I was paying them for. When you are paying by the hour, you don’t need someone arguing with you about what will go on the truck and how it will fit. I did the measurements and the math. Everything should have fit because it did before. They wanted to load the piano on one side of the truck without it being supported on blocks. They also didn’t wrap the piano lid, sound board or any of my furniture with plastic despite my PROVIDING it for them. Instead, they strapped the lid of the piano directly on top of the sound board. WOOD ON WOOD. It is scratched. There are now gouges on the side of the sound board. They lost screws for the legs and left some screws in the sound board resulting in them getting bent. Despite the negative experience I was already having I still tipped them because I am a good person. While on the road, I noticed that my card was charged more than I authorized. No phone call. No text. Just decided to charge me more. I have sent pictures to the owner of the company and no response. I want a full refund besides the tip because I don’t believe that the people that work for this **** poor company should be punished for their lack of professionalism and skill to properly manage a move. I have a damaged piano that is 90 years old. With no screws to even put on the sustaining and dampening pedals. You can’t just charge someone’s card whatever amount you want. This company is horrible to deal with. I wouldn’t even let them move stuff to the goodwill if I were you.

Arrived on time, very professional, efficient. They were great to work with and each understood how to work together to get the job done. I would absolutely use them again! Worth every penny as they had to tackle some very large pieces!

The movers called me two hours early saying they were arriving then went the wrong address, saying they couldn’t find my paperwork. After the piano was moved, the pre-agreed upon form of payment wasn’t in the paperwork but the man on site accepted my check anyway. The movers were nice enough though. The job was done quickly and well.

These guys are great. I called Always Moving earlier this week, and Al & his guys came by today for a complicated move of a large safe. While it wasn't smiles the whole time, the guys were all very professional, and handled the job well. At the end of the day, the safe was where I needed it, no damage to the house or the safe, and I'm sure they have some sore backs. In addition, the price was good.

The move went faster than expected and their help made moving so easy and less stressful.

The owner was there the whole time, and they were courteous. They respected our property and goods. Everything was delivered with no problems.

They arrived right on time and the three gentlemen that moved us were very personable and professional. They were considerate of our wishes and placed the furniture where we asked. Nothing was broken, scratched or dug up. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

The three men were on time, friendly, worked very well together, job was completed in one hour, they assisted with dismantling the furniture, offered suggestions, very polite. We will use them again to move into our new home in Sept. When we were making arrangements, they worked with us to fit into our schedule. Very helpful Sheila Wood

These guys were great! Punctual courteous,and quickThey asked us throught the day questions to ensure things were going in the right places and if there was anything more they could do. Problem solved an issue with our bed which was too big to make a turn toget up the stairs (wife would have killed me if the bed didnt make it)thank you guys. Not a mark on the walls of either home either. Very pleased.

Very well. Never bumped and furniture into walls. Never damaged anything. Will use again.
