Crew arrived on time and worked hard the entire day. Old roof completely torn off and a new one out on in one day! Workers were courteous and cleaned the site up very well before leaving.

Luda worked with the insurance company directly to make sure everything went smoothly. The crew had the damage tarped within 24hrs preventing water damage. We're very pleased!

A sales person came out to do estimate on a Wednesday, I ask that he get the quote back to me by the 1st of the following week. I received a quote with no price 2 weeks later. I contacted him about the blank quote. Finally received a quote with a price over 4 weeks from time he came out. Contacted him again to ask how many squares the job would require, still have had no response.

After explaining exactly what was needed, they sent a salesman who kept telling me to calm down and who took pictures. When I got the quote I was told they don't do jobs this small but then offered to re-roof the entire section. They wasted my time I felt it was a bate and switch!

The project went well and although there was one leak after the new roof had been installed, Allstate personnel responded immediately and corrected the issue. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with.

Amazing company. They completed my mother in laws roof and it was a complicated project. The gentlemen did a fantastic job making sure her garden was safe along with her beautiful outside antique furniture. The job was completed not only quickly but also efficiently. The clean up was also superurb. Her roof is still solid and with all the rain we have had in buffalo, there has been no issues what so ever. Thank you so much for not only pricing this difficult job at a reasonable cost but also getting it done the right way. She had various contractors quoting her job at a price that nobody could afford and it almost felt like other companies were trying to take advantage of her, so thank you for not taking advantage of a elderly woman and being honest and upfront with her...

This company is a well oiled machine. From the time I called them until they haul away the leftover materials they were very well organized, kept me informed, did a great job, and came in at the lowest price of all the quotes I received. The workers, (who only spoke Russian) worked very hard and were extremely polite. The cost included complete tear off and new plywood decking.

Fantastic experience. Job done in two (2) days. On the third (3) day, the dumpster was removed and other than the beautiful new roof, you wouldn't have known a construction crew had been there tearing off the old roof and replacing it. The yard cleanup was meticulous. The salesman was a pleasure to work with and the crew was great. They started within a few weeks of the contract signing (this was after a major wind storm in April 2017, so many roofs needed repair/replacement).

They did a good job for me. I have no complaints. It was sort of a strange situation. I knew somebody who used to be a roofer and he worked with another company, I had called him up because he did roof repair for me before, but is no longer doing total re-roofing type work. He had made arrangements for me to get a roof done with somebody else that he was working for, but then he felt the company was not doing as good as job or had as good employees as he thought. He went with this company because he recommended them. He felt the quality of the employees were better. I had very little interaction with them. Shortly after it was done, I had left. There was a storm in Rochester and I had somebody checking on my house and they told me they found some shingles on the ground. I called the company and the owner came out and looked. He told me it was just a loose shingle that had been left on the roof and got blown off during the storm. It wasn't a repair, but the fact that the owner of the company would make a trip to my house I found very reassuring and I really appreciated that. Usually I get very involved in an event with my house, and this time I really didn't get involved. I felt like I really didn't have any problems and there was no damage. I had trusted the man that set it up. He was the manager of the whole thing. They came the day they said they were going to come.

Allstate did a great job. Tear-off roof on our 1600 square foot 2 story colonial was completed in 1 day. The only debris we found was in our garage from cutting the ridge vent, but Allstate took care of it right away. They also installed new flashing on a window to stop a leak. Allstate will be my first call if I ever need roof or siding work.

Excellent. The job was completed before schedule. Communication with the company was outstanding. The company provided an estimate and a professional job. Highly recommended.

The guy came to give me an estimate on job. Didn't have materials with him to show us, and said he would call to come back with estimate. Never heard from him again. Called a couple weeks later to have them email me estimate. No email or call.

Workmanship was poor and we have had multiple shingles blow off.

It was 3 weeks behind in schedule and since it was installed in November, we lost shingles in December. This was fixed but again we lost many shingles in the high winds in March and it has been 2 months and we were told it is not covered now. They do not return calls.

Buyer beware! Scammers due to the windstorm. Told me I have 22 squares when the four other companies I had out told me I had 16 squares. The quote was for $22,000, which was 2 to 3 times higher than everyone else, including the other GAF Master Elite roofers I had out for a quote. The guy who came out to my house kept insisting on knowing who else was coming/came to give a quote. Avoid like the plague. This company deserves to be turned into the NYS AG's office for price gouging after the windstorm. All of these other reviews must have been done by friends and family.

Work was very well done and done in a very timely manner. Cleanup was excellent.

Got an estimate. They sent me one for the wrong house. We got that straightened out, but when I got the actual quote is was VERY high. In fact, it was more than double what the other TWO quotes I got was (and the LOWEST quote was $8500). Five days after they sent their quote, they tried to contact me to tell me that there were options available for the roofing job that they had neglected to send. They had apparently quoted me some sort of "double" roof (which likely WOULD be better for the type of house), but either they are quite disorganized (at best), or trying to get me to buy a roof that costs about 1/4 what I paid for the house. I went with one of the other vendors found via a referral outside Angies List. The representative WAS VERY nice and apologetic for all errors made...

Very well! Paul figured out the problem and fixed it all on the same day I called.

I wrote a separate review for my experience with the roof inspection, citing some concerns I had with communication and professionalism. After reading my review, Allstate reached out to me to discuss and address the issues I had. I was pleasantly surprised and very appreciative of their interest in rectifying and resolving my concerns. While I did not have an ideal experience, based on their attentiveness and genuine interest in making good, I would reconsider hiring Allstate.

See above. They never made good on the service paid for by the $49 deal.

Excellent. Several other roofing contractors would not even look at my problem job because they want a full roofing job, and refuse to do repairs. My shingles are only 12 years old and I was pretty sure the leak was bounded by the wall of the full dormer and the roof edge. Tim of Allstate roofing looked at the job and agreed it was easily repairable. Igor and one assistant removed old shingles, some siding and replaced flashing underneath siding (where the hole was). The whole job only took two hours and a few shingles, tar paper, some new flashing. I waited over several weeks to experience some hard rains to confirm the leak was fixed. It was a job well done, my garage is dry for the first time in many years. I am very pleased.

Very professional presentation but the cost estimate was $3,000 higher than the next competitor despite using the same GAF procucts.

Went ok, I suppose. Very pleased with the report I received in the end, but I was disappointed in the severe lack of communication from Allstate. Inspector missed the first appointment and didn't bother to call. I thought I had the day / time wrong, so I waited an hour before contacting them. They rescheduled for a few weeks later, operator was very polite and apologetic. Inspector blamed technology. On date, he showed up late then had a bit of an attitude when I asked questions and mentioned getting a new roof was not an option for me at the time. He did the inspection and left without letting me know or next steps. I waited two business days and a weekend before contacting because I had not received my report. Again, got an attitude but received a thorough report that was helpful. Overall, the report was great but the lack of communication and rudeness put me off from them entirely. Also, he failed to include several items I requested.
