Men came, dug out driveway, laid stone, came back weeks later, paved with blacktop. Stayed off it for 7 days. Perfect. Very professional team.

They did a great job and were a good practice. Their work was great and they did a phenomenal job at a very agreeable price. It was a difficult job. The guy who gave me the quote was there everyday making sure everything was right. I was very impressed with the final product.

The owner had his estimator Tim come out the next day. They came out to estimate the specs. Tim showed up on time and was extremely professional. He took the time to explain the game plan to fix. We went over materials and if there would be any warranties. The price for the job was absolutely reasonable. He took the time to answer any questions I had. The language in the contract was straight forward and all fit nicely on one page. They came to do the job within the same week. They tore off the old materials and replaced all the plywood sheets. The owner was onsite along with the estimator to kick the job off. He recommended that the pitch of the roof be increased to prevent any water buildup from snow and ice. They affordably did more work that was outside the original scope of the contract. I appreciate how they came up with a long term solution for the roofing issues I had. I like how the whole process was explained to me. There was no quick fix that would come back to haunt me. They wanted to do the job the right way. The crew worked from am to night until the rain hit and was too dark to continue. They buttoned the roof up so it was water-tight and started work the next day promptly. Tim kept me informed the entire process. This company is solid. They did an excellent job the whole way through, including making sure all debris was removed. I have 2 small children so nails in the lawn were a concern. It was like they were never there. Once the job was finished, Tim called me up and we went over the details, and made some suggestions that should be done. There was no high pressure sales or gimmicks. I easily paid via credit card over the phone. I highly recommend this company, and WILL be calling them back to do more work on my home. Thanks!

The guy did pretty good except for one thing where they could have checked the pipe thing but I don’t blame them.

They were good. They were very punctual and professional, but they were also very expensive.

In both cases the crews showed up early and worked quite late. This was despite how far away my house is from rochester. I'm please with how the roofs are holding up so far.

It went very well. I would gladly bring them back for more projects. They arrived early and worked late, and allowed us to add small projects that were unplanned for VERY minimal cost. They were right on the average proce of the quotes we had been getting. Best of all, since the extra projects caused a little overrun in the budget, Walter let us make monthly payment son the extra money, which I thought was FANTASTIC! However, we are still finding nails periodically throughout our grass, but that happens with this big of a job! They ripped of the roof and had a new one on in less than 48 hours. Unfortunately halfway through it started to rain and they had to come back to finish the roof over our kitchen, but they came back on a Sunday!!! The workers dont really speak anyhting but Russian, but what English they do speak, they are HYSTERICAL! My hubby and I had a blast with them!

We hired a different company to put the roof on. They called and gave us an estimate two weeks ago. They called us back within two days. They were just a little bit too high. He could have elaborated a little more. He was quiet. He was also nice though.

It went ok. There were a few problems and they came back to fix them. I have no further issue.

They were friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't really like the price that they gave for the bid.

Initially, they were really good and I was confident that they were going to do the job. They were timely. They scheduled it. They got here when they said they were going to; but when the guy started working on the roof they took off the flue from wood burning stove and then placed it on inside of the house that buckled. They adjusted it immediately and it was almost an hour into them starting to work. They put it back on and it was hanging off the roof for 45 degree angle. They didn't address anything until it was too late. They came afterwards and it was awesome. We are still waiting for the inspection to be done. I choose them because of their guarantee, warrantee and their work. The price was higher than other places I have been quoted. I went with them because it was a troubled part of the house.

They are very informative. He told us the truth that we don't need to replace our gutter but he was willing to give us some insight of what we can do with our gutters to make them more sufficient for us. We haven't gone to the process yet but so far, I would grade them an A.

Allstate was wonderful! The installation crew arrived promptly, worked hard each day to finish on schedule, and did a great job of cleaning up after the project. Thanks to them, it was a smooth process from beginning to end.

However, when it came time for him to show me samples of metal roofing, vinyl siding and seamless gutter information, all he produced was an asphalt roofing sample booklet. He was personable, young, attractive and easy to talk to, but he promised to drop off the other booklets next time he was out this way. The next day, after giving the encounter more thought, I called Jason to tell him I was not interested, I only got to his voicemail. I left a message stating that although he was very personable, he did not bring any samples as per my request and that as a potential customer, I felt my needs were not met so I was not interested in doing business with his company. Within 5-10 minutes he called me back and stated that he could not possibly carry all the literature/brochures, etc...in his truck. I simply and calmly stated that I was very clear from the get go what I was seeking, repeat, metal roof, vinyl siding and seamless gutters and since we had set up an appointment I had expected him to bring the appropriate information, brochures, literature. He seemed to become frustrated with me and would simply not take a no thank you. I explained that in fact I could give him a second chance, but I was simply not impressed by the first chance.

Tim Rease was professional and helpful at explaining to me what the problem was. He walked me through what the pros and cons were of repair vs replacement and was willing to do whatever I decided. He spent a long time and answered my questions. The price was higher than the competitors and I ended up chosing another contractor. I would contact them in the future if I needed work done and had a good experience with the sales rep.

We needed an estimate for a complete tear-off roofing job, to potentially include all new plywood. Jason was punctual, very professional, and spent a lot of time explaining everything that needed to be done. He went through all the different materials to be used, and answered all of my questions. After our discussion, I had a lot of confidence that they would do a great job on the roof. Ultimately, we decided to go with a different contractor based on pricing. Allstate's price was $2500 more than the other quotes we received from other highly rated contractors. Even though we did not use them this time around, I would not hesitate to call Allstate in the future for an estimate on other projects we might have for our home.

One word could explain the experience, excellent. The survery and quote were prepared by Tim. We walked the roof together (ranch) as he pointed out in detail what would need tp be done. After measuring he presented a quote, again in detail. He explained the Gaf products to be used, and that their being Gaf Certified installers qualified the job for a Lifetime Warranty. Only one other bidder had this qualification. Tim explained that with the variable weather this time of year, they would call a day ahead to scheduel the install. The crew arrived at 7:00AM, waited a half hour for rain to quit and went right to work. There were 6 workers plus Walter the company owner. It was obvious that each worker knew what part of the job washis by the way the work flowed. Any questions I had, received a courteous answer. Tarps were used to protect gardens and the deck. Cleanup was thorough including a "nail magnet", sweeping and picking residue out of gutters and a shrub or two.

They were here, and they gave us a quote the day they were here to do the estimate. The guy who came out to do the estimate and quote was a nice guy, very friendly, and seemed really really knowledgeable. He was a little too pushy for my case that was the only thing that I was not crazy about. He was just trying to wrap it up and tell me how much better his company was than everybody else, and I am not good when it comes to working with sales people, I do not like their aggressiveness.
