They moved the necessary furniture and the baseboard which had some dampness behind it.  They cleaned then "floated" the carpet with 3 large blowers.  Our two large dehumidifiers removed the water from the air to the sump.  These ran for 4 days and were removed today.  He cleaned the baseboard, replaced it and moved the furniture back.  He then showed us why it happened, how to avoid it and how to make a few remaining minor cosmetic repairs.
Mark and his employee were professional, responsive, courteous, well versed and a pleasure to work with.  I would unconditionally recommend this company.

We have multiple rental units and are in construction and require carpet cleaning often. This visit to clean the three disastrous carpets proved well worth their visit. I truly thought the carpets would need to be replaced after installing them just a year prior. This was the first visit from this technician but previous visits for other properties as well as my own home were made by the owner Mark.
I have had them provide services at least four times now and have NEVER been disappointed.
They have shampooed low pile, shag type carpets as well as my and quot;whiteand quot; microfiber furniture and have been pleasantly surprised that even my husbands construction and quot;brownand quot; has come clean!!!
Thanks to them for saving me time and money in each situation. I will use them again soon!

We were trying to get a lot of renovations done in a relatively short period of time. All Pro was able to get enough people in the house to get the renovations done on time. Even when the unexpected happened and it created more work to be done, All Pro was able to meet the needs and get the work done not only on time, but very nicely done! Their goal was to leave thing much better than the way they were found and they fully succeeded. Painting, flooring, restoration, electrical and plumbing was no problem. The staff was just amazing. They were always looking out for us and were a tremendous help during what could have been a stressful few weeks. I VERY STRONGLY recommend them for any work that is needed around the house.

It was a free consultation. They were very honest. He did a very thorough inspection and told me that there were no mold issues. He gave me the name of a micro-biologist that we could have some air samples if we wanted. But he assured me and did a thorough evaluation of the property.

The price that was negotiated for both services was fantastic. The person I worked with to schedule the appointment and get the price quote was very professional and excellent. On the day of service, they were not as punctual as I would have liked but did call to let us know they were running late. The guys that came to perform the service seemed newish and possibly inexperienced. The carpets looked good however and dried quickly. There was an issue after the air duct cleaning with our furnace - one of the panels that was removed wasn't seated properly which left the entire house without heat for a few hours. They did come back after calling but it would have been easier for them to check with us to ensure that our thermostat showed everything happy. (we have a Nest). Overall, the job was done quickly and seemingly efficiently.

He also consulted me on some mold that I had in the basement. My experience with them was excellent. I would give them superior ratings. He went above and beyond. He came out about a half hour after I called him. Another company came out and told me all these things and it scared me. He didn't charge me for telling me about the mold. He could have overcharged me. He told me what I could do to fix the problem and it did. He was excellent. I would recommend him and use him again in the future.
