+ -1 moreAl came out to give the estimate and he was very helpful when giving us advice. He was practical, knowledgable and friendly. The estimate was excellent compared to the others we received. When I called to schedule to have the work done they got back to me within 10 minutes and set the appointment two weeks out. That is great customer service! Al came out the morning of the job with his crew. They polite and cheerful. When I left for work there were towering monsters in my backyard. When I returned there were manicured hedges. Everything was so neat if the trees were not shorter I wouldn't have known they were there. It is wonderful! I will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Trimmed very tall hedges and clean up Reduce height and weight of the branches.

Description of Work: Al's been doing my trees for years on my wooded lot and he is outstanding in all his work, his crew, his cleanup and he's prompt when he says he'll be there as well as being a gentleman. I consider him a friend. This time he cut two 70' pine trees that were 3 feet from the house within a tight space enclosed by a wire fence. His crew cleaned up thoroughly even navigating the fence without damage and blowing off the roof. In addition, he cut a small maple after advising that it was too close to the house and would cost more to cut later as it grew so he basically took future income out of his pocket for my benefit. Al cuts all by climbing not using a boom truck therefore I've never had truck damage. I live in Fairport but he's done work for us on the shore of Honeoye Lake and for my daughter in Victor. All well done.

+ -1 moreI have used them three or four times over the past ten or twelve years. He is very good at what he does and knows what he is doing. He shows upon every job he sells. He is reliable even during emergency situations. He was at my house within thirty minutes when I had an emergency. He advertises about twenty four hour services and he means it. He is not the cheapest but is excellent. I would use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used AL'S Tree Service. I last used them to take down a tree which was too close to the garage.
