AI Masonry did outstanding work on my older home’s foundation. Paul is very knowledgeable and experienced. He and his team followed through on all aspects of our job with courtesy and professionalism. Paul and I did the final walkthrough of the work together and he addressed all my questions. Customer satisfaction and quality workmanship are AI Masonry’s priorities and they more than met my expectations.

I recently purchased a mobile home that was in desperate need of foundation repair. I found Paul on-line, and am so very glad I hired him to do the work. Paul is a professional who prides himself in a job well done. His crew laid a solid cement foundation around the perimeter and in 3 areas in the middle. The block laid on top of the foundation up to the base of the home wasn't simply stacked on top of each other, they were cemented together as well. I am well pleased with the end result. My home now has a level floor, yay! Throughout the project, Paul sent me pictures of the work in progress, so that I could see for myself the excellent work his crew was doing every step of the way. I also stopped by a few times to check things out, and he gladly showed me the progress in person. He did exactly what we agreed upon, no shoddy workmanship with this crew. I highly recommend Paul for foundation repair.

I will only ever use AI Developers Masonry. They were upfront, professional and knowledgeable. I had them do some repairs on my historic brick house. They sent photos every step of the way. When they were finishing a section they would have us come out and inspect their work and make sure we did not have any questions or concerns. The extensive work was done in a timely fashion. The workers are very respectful and polite. I had extensive repairs for all the windows, 4 chimneys and worn out brick and mortar on top of a little foundation work

When I called for an estimate Mr Ali came right away. There was no 2 week waitng period to schedule an estimate. They came the following Sunday to do the entire job. He was very honest about what needed to be done. I had been previously told my whole front steps needed to be rebuilt, this was not the case. He pressure washed the slabs filled in the concrete for a fraction of the cost. I was so happy with the workmanship and pricing that I immediately hired him for 2 more jobs and made recommendations to friends. If it were possible I would give them a 10 star rating.

Paul responded quickly to my home with an assessment and quote to fix vertical hairline cracks in my concrete block foundation (100 years old). He provided the same information that I got from another mason (similar quote) and a structural engineer (phone consultation). I do that for every contractor. Work started on time and was done thoroughly and very well. They also reinforced two corners with GI mesh and high strength structural repair mortar. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. My basement is in good shape and I just wanted to make the CORRECT repairs, not just slap some cement over it then hide with Drylock. I'm confident in the work that was done and that it'll last another 100 years. Paul is obviously very proud of his work and I really appreciate that. I have to add that I did water diversion on the outside (downspouts and grading) in order to prevent water from getting to the foundation. My old downspouts led underground to a drain to the city system. They were obviously compromised, so capping and extended downspouts were a must. I feel souch better now! Thank you Paul!

We needed vertical bricks redone on our front steps, as well as concrete repair to floor by our side garage door and new concrete slab outside that door. Owner responded promptly to our request, was able to do the work within a few days and the crew did an excellent job. They were friendly, courteous and professional, and I would definitely recommend them for masonry work! In addition they agreed to install a metal railing on our front step that had never had one before. We had ordered one that wasn't in when they did the masonry work, and they came back at a later date to install the railing. All good work and very much appreciated!

We had our chimney stripped and rebuilt/painted for a fraction of the cost of other estimates. Timely, thorough communication with the owner. They were great at sending pictures of the progression of the project. Very professional.

Paul came in to give me an estimate after Iâ d gotten one from a chimney company that wanted to tear down, add 2ft and add a new chimney cap for almost $25K. He estimated saved me almost 20K. We hired these guys to repair our front steps. They were able to get us in the schedule within a couple weeks, arrived when expected and finished the job in one day. The owner was excellent with communication before and during the job. He gave us a very fair price and stuck with it when when the job proved to be bigger than expected. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend!

I’ve thought long and hard about this review, first I didn’t want to make it so glowing that no one would take it seriously and I wanted to make it appropriate for the work performed. This is my honest and direct review of work performed by AL MASONRY CONSTRUCTION. Paul met with us at our home, built in 1865, to inspect our basement wall that was collapsing and about to give out. He explained in great detail what he and his crew would do to remedy a solution from shoring up the house to building a new wall. He also had some other ideas that at this time we could not afford. He understood and did not discus them again (no high pressure) to upgrade. The crew came and started to dig out the cellar (by hand) as to minimize any more damage to the existing foundation, they poured a footer, then built a new cement block wall taking extreme care blending it into the remaining wall. Then they painted both sides of the wall with waterproofing, removed all the debris and cleaned up. The crew also did a few extras that were not in the quote I will not elaborate on them but to say they saved me a lot of work and energy. I can honestly say I would highly recommend this company for their work effort, for their results, and for their budget awareness, they stuck to the quote NO OVERCHARGES! Truly— do not look any further for the best company with the highest integrity! Paul and I actually hugged when we said our good-byes!

A I Masonry, Paul and his man Ivan, did an incredible job in repairing the front steps to the house. The steps were a mess, missing cement between the bricks and unstable. Gave a very reasonable estimate, were polite and on time, power washed the steps first and cleaned everything up afterwards. Couldn't be happier with their work! Would highly recommend them for any masonry work!

Rushed, did not come back to finish, never gave me a reciept. Brick work is crooked.

They did a great job from quote to clean up! The owner came out almost immediately and gave me a reasonable quote and then they were able to do the work within a week. The workers were diligent and friendly. They really paid attention to detail and finished everything in one day.

I felt confident that they would be reliable when I made the decision to hire them. Mr. Ali was very professional, knowledgeable. He explained, very thoroughly, the process. The employees were polite, helpful and kept their noses to the grind stone until the job was completed. They were there when he said he would be. He explained what needed to be done and approximately long it would take and much it would cost. They did a beautiful job. They cleaned up everything and was all done in the same day. Thank you Paul and your men did a great job.
