Al Developers Masonry went above & beyond in all aspectsof the work they did for us.. The work was exceptional & the workman were professional & have great craftsmanship. I also want to say I was so impressed by the owner's honesty. He explained everything his crew would do & why it was being done that way & with the materials needed to give a quality & professional job. Other contractors quoted demolition of my steps & not a repair...He repaired & matched the original bricks perfectly & they look brand new. We will 100% call him again when we need additional repairs.

I was so happy I got in touch with PAUL through ANGIES. My sidewalk was 11 feet and for most not worth coming over to do TOO SMALL A JOB!!! I was fortunate THAT PAUL called me, settled on a price ,promised he would be there the next day early. PAUL introduced himself and his crew!! PERFECT!!! They immediately got to work!!!! Contractor and crew were very professional, friendy, thorough, answered all my questions and concerns, always had our best interest at heart, proactive to make sure they maintained integrity of their work, educated us as to how to prevent future repairs and/or damage, very strong work ethic, fair prices. Very quick turn-around and response time, completed our repair work Very quickly. While doing our repair the contractor and crew noticed another potential problem with our brickwork on our facade of the house. They cautioned us that this should be repaired and repointed asap , especially with cold temperatures and winter approaching, to prevent future damage to our foundation because it wasn't sealed properly. At our request they were able to complete that additional repair which was completely unexpected and unplanned. My husband and I are very happy with all the Mason work that the did. We will happily refer them to anyone and further discuss our experience with future potential customers.

The stonework around the entryway to our home was badly cracked as the front steps had settled. They knocked out the cracked blocks, made forms, and pored new blocks around the columns. They even took a chip of paint off the steps so they could match the paint. All without even being asked and still coming in as the cheapest estimate. Even more impressive, they spotted a crack in the foundation on the other side of the house and patched it beautifully, giving me a bargain basement price since they were already there. .My wife and I are extremely pleased with these masons artistry, affordability, and personal integrity.

Paul and his team are very professional, thorough, and efficient. The work to repair the chimney and garage concrete were completed in a timely manner and each area was cleaned up spotlessly. Paul provided before and after photos of the chimney so I could actually see the work they did. I would use the services of AI Developers again based on the quality and timeliness of this home repair project.
