I'm so impressed with this company! For one thing, they actually return phone calls and arrive when promised. Austin did a remarkable job on the carpet and in cleaning the couch. He was very pleasant and accommodating to work with and I'd definitely have him back to do more cleaning when needed. Super decent people work here! And reasonable rates!

Great. The team knew what they were doing, did it quickly and without any damage to our freshly painted house. The carpets dried quickly and there was no chemical smell afterwards. I am very satisfied with ABC and would hire them again and recommend the company to others.

Called me in advance to confirm our appointment which was professional. They called again on the day of service to let me know how they were running for time and exactly when then would arrive. I thought they were very friendly, courteous and did an excellent job for me. They were very expedient in getting the work done also explained things as they progressed to keep me informed which I appreciated. I can be very critical and there was nothing I could say bad about my experience with ABC. Five Stars Great Job!

I heard about them because we had some furniture we needed to have cleaned under warranty. This most recent visit they cleaned my carpet. I would use them again.

I have used this company before and I am very happy with them in general. They do a very good cleaning job because they move furniture that may be in the way to get to those parts where it's very hard to get to. They have always been very friendly and courteous, at least for the time I've been using them. I find their prices to be average and fair because they also do upholstery job when they do the cleaning. It is very hard to find a company you can trust to do work inside your home but I trust this company to do the work when I would be outside or gone for a short time. I would just leave them inside the house and not worry if anything would be broken or missing afterwords.

I originally bought my rugs from ABC and that is why I have them clean them. They send someone out to clean them for me. They seem to be okay. I guess average you could say. They are not the best but not the worst either. I stay with them because I do not know anywhere else to go. They do pick the rugs up, roll them and bring them back when finished. There was one time you could see the marks from the cleaning after they brought them back to me.

I felt that ABC Carpet Cleaning could have done a better job on the flooring in the hallway. They showed up on time. I would recommend them to friends and family based on the experience I had.

ABC Carpet Cleaning is very good and it is family run, very nice people. They are very punctual and call the morning before to tell the approximate time they will be there so you don't have wait all day for them. They are very thorough and they are very good.

I USED THIS COMPANY FOR TWO YEARS NOW AND I HAVEN'T REALLY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY, SO I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
