+ -1 moreThe appraiser, who is also one of the owners, was excellent. He was very professional and very prompt. I was pleased with his attention to detail and the professional product he presented. I wasn't shocked at the price.

+ -1 moreMy experience has been pretty bad. The houses they compared our house to were not comparable to our house and they ended up appraising our house at a much lower price compared to other people who came in and appraised it at a much higher price. The price they appraised for that wasn't a very accurate figure. I don't think they did a very good job. Their price is good. They were pretty quick.
Description of Work: We had an appraisal for our house done by Aaron Appraisal. They came, looked at our house and did a comparison to nearby houses and all those kind of things. They took pictures.
