I called Joe Andreassi last year for a quote. Which he showed up when he said he would. Although did not get it done . We called him back this April he stayed with the quote he gave me last year. Joe was there when he said he would be and poured it two days early. The area was all cleaned up spotless when I got home and I have been sipping the suds on my new patio since. He is doing the back patio next year.

This was one of the best hired out job experiences I have ever had. The job was completed well before I expected and they were extremely prompt, professional and friendly. The price was excellent, and my porch looks great! A 100% win all the way around! Absolutely would recommend going with Andreassi, and will be choosing them for my next project when the time comes!

Joe Andreassi and his team removed the door, repaired damaged foundation blocks, blocked in the entrance, and removed above ground concrete. They backfilled the hole with dirt. They cleaned up the job area before they left. The job was done meticulously and they were done in just a few hours.

Everything went well and the cracks in the basement slab were filled. Joe Andreassi is one of the most polite contractors that I have come to my house. A small job well done and he is highly recommended.

Only took a day, looks good problem ,drainage, puddling solved

We had Joe do some concrete work for us last summer (New concrete garage floor), so when it came time to add the patio and redo the front walk this spring it was a no-brainer having him back. Simply put Joe and his crew know what they are doing, they do a FANTASTIC job, they leave the job site cleaned up and are a pleasure doing business with. All that comes with a very reasonable price. A better experience with a contractor I have not had. Makes me wish they did more than just masonry work.

Removed old concrete step and brick pavers running to driveway. Build forms, poured concrete, screeded and sweeped concrete to our satisfaction. Joe and his crew were very talented masons. Joe answered all my questions in a friendly manner. 2 years later the step and sidewalk still look great.

After initially emailing with Joe to get the ball rolling on an estimate, he stopped by to see the job. I I had an estimate from him later that same day. He sent a written proposal in the mail a couple of days later. Once it was determined that we were going to go ahead and get the work done Joe stopped by the house on a Saturday morning to discuss the specifics of the job with me. He was on time and very professional. We agreed that the work would be done on 8-17 or 8-18. On tuesday 8-16 Joe contacted me to see if it was okay to come over and remove the old floor and lay down the gravel base and the wire meshing as it was suppose to rain that day. I agreed and they came to do the work. They did not leave a mess, even though it had been pouring rain all morning. Upon completion of the work he told me they would be back on thursday the 18th to do the pour. On Wednesday afternoon 8-17 Joe contacted me to see if it was okay to do the concrete pour that afternoon as rain was called for on thursday. I agreed, and Joe and his crew worked until around 7:30 pm that day to get my job done. That was very much appreciated by me. He could have easily put the job off until friday as they had poured another concrete floor earlier that wednesday morning. The job looks fantastic, what a huge improvement over what was there previously. Joe and his crew were professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. I will not hesitate to use Andreassi in the future. Great job gentlemen!!!!

Having Andreassi Mason Contractor LLC complete our basement walkout repair was a pleasure from start to finish. Our experience started with a request, sent via the Angie's List website, for a quote for this project. I described it briefly, and 'Joe Andreassi' not only responded with an acknowledgement just six (6!) minutes later, but was at our house immediately after the July 4th holiday weekend to evaluate what would be needed. He was surprised to find my husband home, as I'd explained we had schedule conflicts that would likely prevent us from being home. My husband was impressed with his professionalism and courtesy, including getting Joe's feedback on an unrelated repair. Joe wrote up the quote and provided it during that visit, notable because others provided their quotes at a later date. I much prefer Joe's method, because having a quote come to us later, especially quotes that were significantly higher, made me wonder if that contractor was truly remembering 'our' job and not confusing it with another. One quote was over 70% higher than Joe's! We chose Andreassi Mason Contractor LLC because of his prompt/polite/professional communication style, his 100+ 'Grade A' reviews on Angie's List (and the specifics his previous clients wrote of), and his price. We signed and returned the detailed quote, knowing his schedule was quite full and the 2-day project wouldn't be completed for several weeks. Shortly after receiving the scanned/sent paperwork, Joe let me know that he'd had a postponement for later that week and could start as soon as two days later. Joe and his two-man crew arrived at 7:30 on the appointed day and within the first half hour had made significant progress. Both my husband and I had to go to our workplaces that day, so we were unable to watch the progress but came home 6+ hours later to find the project well underway. The area was taped off for safety, there wasn't a 'mess' all over for our grandchildren to get into, and they clearly had a process that included a well-organized work area. On the second day, they arrived early again and got right to work. By mid-day, the project was complete and the surrounding area was cleaned up (better than how they found it, to be honest). Best of all, there were no signs of damage to our property or our neighbor's yard (as a previous lawn contractor had done, leaving us concerned about hiring someone for this project). A few notes I feel are worth mentioning - one of the crewman is a smoker. This was not an issue because we had all of the house windows closed to prevent the flying dirt (and smoke) from coming in, but it might be for others. However, we're impressed that we have not seen even one cigarette butt anywhere in our yard. That kind of respect is much appreciated. Another is Joe's lack of request for up-front payment, even a deposit. Payment is due at the completion of the project, which signifies his confidence in his work, as well as respect for his potential customer. Finally, I'd mentioned my husband requesting Joe's feedback on an unrelated repair - our chimney cap had blown off in a storm years ago. My husband mentioned it in the course of their conversation, and Joe said it was an easy fix that he'd be happy to do. When we asked just prior to the start of the project what size cap we should purchase for installation, Joe offered to pick it up himself! Not only did he purchase one, but he installed it without additional charge, asking only reimbursement for the cap. And, being completely transparent, he also left the receipt for the cap with his bill at the end of the job, so we know that the reimbursement he was requesting was the actual price he'd paid! Finally, and most importantly, the finished project is perfect. It looks wonderful and is rock-solid; we won't have to be concerned about this for the rest of our lives - literally! I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to hire Joe Andreassi again, or to recommend him and his work.
