Joe Andreassi, did an excellent job, installing a new concrete floor in my garage. His son Mikey, repaired my fence, and helped with odd jobs in the house. At the end of the job everything was cleaned up. I would recommend him highly.

5 stars are not enough. If all businesses were like Joe Andreassi, what a thing that would be. I can count on one hand who responds back, who shows up when they say they will, works all day and is very neat and clean. Joe and Mike not only put the stone on, they had to clean up the previous mess done by someone else that failed. We look forward to having Joe (and Mike) for future jobs, giving out their name and bragging about our house. ...especially having gone through a bad experience with someone else.

Fabulous! He was prompt, reliable, courteous and extremely helpful as there were things I could not move. He did an awesome job all the way around. He suggested a few other things that needed to be done and he took care of those as well. He stopped back over to see if I was pleased and I sure was. Follow through was top notch! His crew cleaned up as they went along. I did not even talk to other contractors as I like Joe from our first appointment! I have nothing but great things to say about Joe and his guys. What I really liked was that he did the work himself and did not subcontract!

It went very well. I had confidence in Joe’s doing a good job for me, and he did. After having had a bad experience with another contractor, I was happy to find Joe Andreassi. He is trustworthy, professional and thoughtful. I recommend him highly.

The job was to remove old brick steps (which were falling apart) and build new steps from brick and topped with stone. When he removed the old steps he found carpenter ants in the house sill. This caused big delays, but he fitted me into his schedule later. Mr. Andreassi initially came across as a little impatient and defensive, but I ultimately found him quite cooperative. His work is top notch!

I simply cannot recommend Andreassi Mason Contractor LLC strongly enough. After decades of dealing with various tradesmen and contractors that either never call back, delay the job or who’s finished work does not live up to what was agreed upon the thought of having to find a mason for a time sensitive job was a headache waiting to happen in my mind. Joe Andreassi however could not have made the experience any easier or smoother and his work exceeded my expectations. The job was to cut out a damaged concrete step and replace it. A somewhat small job that many masons would pass on. Joe replied to my initial call within hours. He took a look at the job, explained how he would go about it, quoted me a price and said he would get to it as soon as the weather allowed. His communication throughout was top notch. As promised the first stretch of good weather he fit my job into his schedule and even went the extra mile to ensure I benefitted from a better quality concrete that he was having delivered for another much larger job by ordering extra for my job. I had concerns about having the job done on a weekend in the city due to the potential for mischief at night to the uncured concrete, but Joe said not to worry and that if anything happened he would fix it. As agreed the old step was removed and hauled away and the new step formed and poured. Joe and his crew made sure to come back over the next two days to ensure the curing went well and to do the finish work on the edges and surface. I can say that the new step is without a doubt better looking and of better quality then the one that had been there for 30+ years! If you want a qualified, friendly, competitively priced mason with a solid crew and great communication give Joe a call. The whole job went super smooth and I know who I will be calling again the next time I need masonry work.

contacted mr andreassi who had done a job for me 20yrs ago. got back to me promptly,came to house a day later, sent me pix and prices later that day. we agreed on which option and 5 days later job was completely done and they look amazing. job site was left spotless (lucked out with good weather). joe and his helper were at house at 8am everyday, all old materials were removed and you wouldn't know a project went on there. Highly recommend these guys for their expertse,price, professionalism

Joe and his team were professional, friendly, punctual and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about their workmanship. My new floor is beautiful and now water will flow out the front of the driveway and not corrode the side of the garage. Hard working crew they made sure everything was cleaned up around the job site. I highly recommend them if your garage floor needs replacing. And for any other masonry jobs. Joe has high standards and his experience makes him a great contractor.i highly recommend his team. Very fair price too.

Mr Andreassi was very responsive in providing an estimate and again when scheduling the work. Our basement needed repairs to replace a few of the blocks at the top of a wall and to repair small cracks throughout. The repairs were completed quickly and cleanly, they were very conscientious in assuring minimal mess.

Joe is very knowledgeable, he was honest about the repairs that were needed and saved me thousands of dollars! He was always on time for our meetings and was pleasant to talk with. The work was done in a timely manner and he did a nice job cleaning up, bottom line Joe is a real professional who does quality work and is a pleasure to work with, I would definitely recommend him.

Mr. Andreassi does really nice masonry work at a reasonable price. His manner may sometimes seem a bit curt and impatient, but that's ok with with me if the results are good. I will probably call on him again.

It went great! We had used Joe before for some work that turned out beautifully, so we knew that he'd do a great job. I sent Joe an email with some pictures of the deterioration and he came right out to look at the extent of the damage in order to provide an estimate. He stopped by while my husband and I were at work, so he was only able to see the exterior of the garage foundation, but he included repairing the interior side of the wall in his estimate. Honestly, because of our vehicles being parked in the garage along that wall, I'd never paid much attention to the interior condition and initially thought it'd be unnecessary, but once I went out to take a look, I was so thankful that Joe had thought to include it, because it also very much needed repair. He ended up applying a coat of waterproofing cement to the concrete on both the exterior and the interior and not only does it looks great, all signs of erosion have been repaired, which gives me peace of mind. It's very clear to me that Joe knows what he's doing and I have zero hesitation in recommending him. Additionally, as a person that works long hours during the day, it can be really difficult for me to coordinate these types of repairs. However, Joe communicates with me via email, which makes my life significantly easier.

I'm very happy with Andreassi Mason. Joe was easy to communicate with and prompt in his service. The patching that was done on the cracks on my garage looks great and he went above and beyond in even patching some areas that I had not requested be fixed. I would definitely hire him again.

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our experience with Joe. He is very responsive, timely, and professional. He worked with us on options for our repairs and was very honest and straightforward with what really needed to be done. We had much higher estimates for our chimney repair, and Joe offered a much more affordable option which repaired the chimney without compromising quality. Joe and his crew were on time and did high quality work without a big a mess. The front stoop and chimney both came out really well. Joe's a great guy who does great work, we couldn't be happier with our experience.

It was nice to watch the entire process . The work was completed in 1 1/2 days and the quality exceeded our expectations. We're so pleased with the work and anticipating having our garage floor removed and replaced. We are confident that Joe and his team will deliver amazing work again.

Joe answered my initial voicemail the same day, and we made arrangements by text for him to provide the estimate that weekend. It arrived quickly in the mail and we were able to schedule the work within a week. It was a big job, building two 5-foot-high x 14-foot-long concrete block retaining walls with poured-concrete caps in a basement room (under an addition) that had been shoddily constructed by previous owners. We were anticipating that this would be a nightmare project, but Joe and his crew did a wonderful job! They arrived on time, finished in 1.5 days, cleaned up everything and even provided a 5% off Angie's List coupon. We will definitely recommend them to our neighbors.

Couldn't be happier with the work Joe performed! When we contacted him, he responded immediately and was able to do the job within less then a week while we were away on vacation. He did a fantastic job, and made sure the retaining wall was secure so that we would never have an issue in the future. He exceeded our expectations. Very reasonable on the pricing. Joe Andreassi and his crew arrived when he said they would (slightly before 7am) and completed the job in one day (by 4pm), just like he stated they would. Joe owns the company and was on site the entire time, working alongside his employees. The team did an excellent job scraping, repairing, and coating the walls. What an improvement! The basement job was a messy one, but the crew did a remarkable job of cleaning up afterward. The concrete pads outside look great and will hopefully prevent any future leakage from heavy rains. Overall the work was highly professional, the crew was courteous and we are very pleased with the results! We would hire Andreassi Mason Contractor again. Customers will need to be patient, as this company is in demand with this year's weather pattern of heavy rainfall. Joe provided us with a quote July 8th and returned to do the job August 28th.

This is the second time Joe has done work for me this summer. The overall experience was wonderful. Excellent communication, flexible with scheduling, started promptly at 7 am, professional and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend him.

We chose Joe on the basis of the positive ratings here. He was very responsive to our calls, had excellent suggestions for rebuilding the porch, and reconcreted part of the path adjacent to the porch at no extra charge. We are satisfied with the finished product. When we were unhappy with the look of the top of the porch (significantly higher on the left than the right, and not symmetrical on either side of the front door), Joe was defensive/aggressive and addressed our concerns very reluctantly. While the end product looks good, the experience was extremely unpleasant.

Joe was amazing from the first contact until the work was completed. When I first spoke to him i was not yet ready for the patio because I was waiting for a pool to be installed. There were some delays with the pool and electrical installation but Joe kept in contact with me and was able to start on the patio the day after the pool was finished. Joe and his crew were punctual, professional and hard working. I have a beautiful outdoor living space now and I'm so happy with his work. I plan to have Joe come back before the summer is over to install a new front walkway and remove my old concrete stairs.

It is always refreshing when a contractor delivers excellent service which is not always the case these days. Joe and his crew were prompt, professional and the work site was kept clean and orderly. Joe made suggestions that were not provided by the other contractors that quoted the work. He also provided a written estimate for replacement of a 2+car garage floor that clearly described the scope of the work and both our responsibilities. The completed job is all that we expected and hoped for. If you are considering any masonry work, Andreassi Construction should definitely be on your call list.

I am very happy with how the entire project went. My initial contact to him was via text message. He responded within a couple of hours. I explained the problem and he said he would look at the job on the coming weekend. I got a response soon afterward as promised. We spoke on the phone and he provided a written estimate the following week. He scheduled the job with less than a 2 week wait, which I was very happy with. He was insured. He set up scaffolding, tore down the damaged brick, purchased the new brick and constructed the new chimney and cap the first day. His mortar work and brick laying was very professional. He covered the new brickwork with a tarp because it rained that evening. He returned the following day to tar the roof metal flashing, which looks very nice, seal the new brickwork , remove the scaffolding, disposed of all the old building material, and clean the job site. The job was done with a lot of care and very professionally. Left it like he was never there. I would highly recommend him with no reservations. Attached are pictures of the completed work.

I got an estimate of $1650 which seemed high, but I decided to go with it anyway. The steps went in in a day and looked great! Everything was cleaned up afterward, and I decided it was money well spent.
